Modern 5BR Home Perfect for Families

The house was lovely. It accomodated us very well, but a man walked between 446 and the house to the East, between 1:30 and 5am, shouting either on his phone or to himself. It was loud and aggressive. It was unnerving for the kids. Thanks.

•Ongoing construction directly across the street, creating consistent noise.•A man sitting just outside the downstairs bathroom window, smoking and talking on the phone for an extended period, which felt unsafe and intrusive.•Multiple cats roaming on the porch area, which was unexpected and concerning.•Extremely loud music and conversations due to a party on Friday night that lasted until approximately 4:30 AM.•The surrounding neighborhood appeared unsafe, with multiple unkempt houses and abandoned furniture left on the sidewalks.Due to these issues, I was unable to fully enjoy or relax during my stay. The host was rude and didn’t show good customer service.Definitely not a safe location. The house itself is okay.

One of the main reason we selected this house was the super close walking proximity to the Falls. It is only a 15m walk from the house. The house is overall a decent house but lots needs to be fixed. We were 10 people in the house, but there was only 6 chairs to eat at the table, 6 glasses and 6 forks and knives. If you advertise for up to 10 people, make sure there are enough for all. The neighborhood was really a bit of a turn off. I know the city is trying to fix itself and all, but the houses nearby are really in poor conditions. Finally, something should be done with the loud music at 5:30 AM in the morning. After a long trip you don't expect to be woken up with super loud music from the neighbor behind. Finally, the pictures from the listing should be updated. They do not reflect the real condition of the house. Dont get me wrong, the house is super clean, and was rehabbed, but some furniture was broken, tiles in the kitchen broken, some walls were dirty. You cannot really beat the price though especially for 10 people.

The house was very clean and comfortable. The location was great for walking to Niagara Falls Park! The neighborhood homes were about half well kept and half not. Overall this was a good experience!

The house was very clean! Only one thing i disliked was no tv in the rooms. Everything else was great!!

Huge place with plenty of room for a larger family, or just space apart for a smaller one. While the neighborhood is a little rough looking, neighbors were friendly and it is SO close to the actual falls. You can hear the constant rush of the falls from the porch at night. Minimal amenities, so bring most of what you might need, but very clean and comfortable. Would absolutely stay again!

As seen in other reviews, this neighborhood is not updated. The majority of the homes on this street are abandoned, boarded up, and vacant. That being said, our stay was excellent. We felt comfortable enough to sit on the front porch and drink coffee and read a good book. So while the drive up was off-putting, the experience was quite nice. We did hear some music from a few doors down, but it was not obtrusive and once inside, we really couldn't hear it at all. The home was as described in the listing. The beds were all new and very comfortable. Pillows were very flat, so if you like a plush pillow, pack your own. A.C. ran cool and reliable all weekend. The upstairs is definitely warmer than downstairs, so be prepared for that. There were 3 bedrooms and a bath upstairs and 2 bedrooms and a bath downstairs. The kitchen was well-appointed and met all of our cooking and food prep needs. Super short driving distance to all the attractions we wanted to see. We could have walked, 10-20 minute walk, but with an 84 year old with us, we just drove. This home was perfect for our multigenerational vacation.

We felt the home was in a great location. Nicely remodeled. The shower water was luke warm consistently and NEVER hot. The neighborhood was concerning upon arrival with homes that were boarded up but received a plausible explanation from the property owner. The area is being rebuilt/rejuvenated after suffering during the pandemic. The floors felt soft and were not level. Almost as if our equilibrium was off with floor movement under our feet. A few pieces of furniture were broken.

The house is good, everything is working but in one bedroom didn’t have a light.Clean house but floor is dirty. Location is nice ? Neighbors is very noisy they listen music very aloud to 4 am.
