Poolside Lounging: We provide Pool Noodles, Beach Balls, and a variety of Floats for ultimate staycation fun.

For the Beach: A heavy-duty beach cart, cooler, 2 adult beach chairs, 2 kiddie chairs, 2 Sunbrellas, and plenty of beach toys.

Premium Linens: 8 luxury Turkish pool towels plus 2 hooded towels for the little ones.

Pool Safety Fence: For your peace of mind, the pool area features a removable safety fence. For guests traveling with children, we require the fence to be kept in place whenever the pool is not in active use. Adult groups may easily remove the fence to enjoy an open-concept aesthetic during their stay.

Swimming Aids: We include two floating devices specifically for the little ones (one for ages under 5, and one for ages under 10).

Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with double ovens, air fryer, dishwasher, and filtered water. We’ve stocked the coffee station with premium Lavazza pods, creamers, and a selection of teas.

The Little Things Included: We’ve stocked the essentials so you don’t have to—spices, oils, napkins, and paper towels are all provided. You'll also find a pizza cutter, apple slicer, blender, can opener, and all the cookware needed for a gourmet meal.

Kids' Board Game Corner: Keep the little ones entertained with a library of fun games, including Candy Land, Connect 4, Uno, and Puzzles, plus a Foosball table for the older kids.

Check-in/Out: To ensure the highest cleaning standards, we do not offer early check-ins. However, we offer a complimentary late checkout—enjoy the house until 2:00 PM on your departure day!

Guest Verification: For insurance and safety, we require a photo of a government-issued ID from the primary guest prior to arrival.
