Modern 4BR Lux Home, family friendly 4 blocks from JAX Beach and close to Mayo

I cannot say enough about this property to do it justice. It was more than reasonably priced, immaculately clean, well stocked with any ammenity we could think of. Comfortable beds an linens. Well functioning heat, hot water and appliances. Lovely little outdoor space adequate for dining. Quiet neighborhood with parking on site for two vehicles. Even a security doorbell. Short distance to beach, restaurants and shopping. Has a modern aesthetic which we found very appealing. Four adults had a wonderful 3 day stay November 2024. The agents attention to our comfort and stay requirements was amazing and greatly appreciated. I hope to stay here again when we visit Jackonsville. Would recommend this property to anyone singles or families for short or extended stay. Thank you Sara, you were great!

Great Property. Close to Beach.

Check in was made easy by the host. I received an email with a code for the door and that took care of check in!The kitchen/living room open concept was great for the many family meals we prepared. Since we did a lot of in-house cooking, we would have liked to have had a few sharper knives in the kitchen, but made do with what was there. We were thankful for the dishwasher !

This is by far one of the cleanest, coolest, cutest homes we have stayed in. Our host was super helpful and even went out and bought a baby gate based on our concerns for our 2 year old. Lovely home, tons of places to eat close by, beach was an easy walk, and the host was an angel! Not sure how it could have been better!

The home is just as described, maybe even a little better. We were so pleasantly surprised at how spacious the home is. It fit our family perfectly. We have family in the area, so the location is great for us. It was close to our family but also a great location for visitors on vacation. The beach is very close and there are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. Our hosts were great. Sara very good with communicating with us, which made things go very smoothly. We truly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to return! Thanks for a great weekend.
