The home is professionally cleaned prior to every stay and stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom toiletries, linens and towels for your group.

From beautiful sights, taste bud tingling foods, and vibrant live music, who wouldn’t want to visit ! We recommend using public transportation, including streetcars, buses, Uber or Lyft during your stay. You can park in the shared driveway for mroe convenience. For another fun way to explore the area, try Blue Bikes, a ride sharing bike rental all around the city.

This home contains a decibel monitoring device. The device is located in a common area and not in any bedroom or bathroom.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the whole bottom unit of the duplex, and shared access of the pool with the upstairs unit.

The Neighborhood:
The home is located in what we like to call Chilly Gentilly. Its just 2.7 miles to the french quarter - or a 10 min drive, but feels far away from the hustle and bustel of the city.
