Stayed Sep 22, 2025Wonderful renovated home located in a quiet neighborhood. The house was perfectly located for hiking and shopping, and very clean inside. The kitchen was well stocked, nice fenced yard, and large bathtub. I would recommend this house to anyone staying in the Boulder area, and we hope to stay there again next year!

Stayed Sep 11, 2025This property is in a great location - nice neighborhood, quiet and very close to many destinations. We loved Boulder and it was very easy and quick to get to all the places we visited in that area. Our host, Ceci is responsive and helpful. We had quite a delay for check in and it was not a problem at all. We would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Stayed Aug 17, 2025Very comfortable place for our family to stay. Well-appointed kitchen was great for cooking family dinner. Nice, quiet neighborhood, but still close enough to all the major services. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay here again.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025We were here for a short stay while visiting family & hiking in the Boulder area. This home is in a nice quiet neighborhood. There's plenty of room inside & a fenced in yard. It's an easy drive (or even walk if you are a walker) to the King Soopers, Whole Foods, Southern Sun Pub, Sweet Cow Ice Cream. It's a drive to Pearl Street, but we are familiar with Boulder, so intentionally chose this area to stay, and just headed to Pearl Street for the evening.
