Please remember that you`re staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
Regarding check-in and check-out times: our Airbnb operates similar to most Airbnbs and also follows standard hotel practices, with check-in in the afternoon (after 4 PM) and check-out in the morning (by 11 AM). This allows our cleaning team the necessary time to prepare the home properly for each guest. While we do offer early check-in when available, the $35/hour fee helps cover the added scheduling and staffing costs to make that accommodation possible.

Additional Rules:

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Treat this place as if it was your home.
