House was dirty, trash full. Ice maker not working. Bed are hard as bricks.

There was only one tv in the entire home, in the living room. No fans in the bedrooms, no washer and dryer, no hot water in the showers at all. Ugly location & neighborhood but decently clean and comfortable home for the price.
