Edgehill Village: Edgehill Village is an area located parallel to Music Row. This is one of the smaller areas in Nashville with popular places to eat and drink like Barcelona, Old Glory, Jack Brown’s Beer & Burger Joint, Bella Napoli, and Osa Coffee. Shops include Billy Reid, Vow’d, Haven, Alton Lane, Warby Parker, and Double RL. The housing around Edgehill Village varies greatly but is comprised mostly of individual homes.



The Gulch: Conveniently located on the southwest border of Nashville’s Central Business District just two blocks from Music City Center, the vibrant urban development and redevelopment is home to the very best in urban living, office, retail, restaurant, entertainment venues and hospitality.     This was perfect for our family visit. The location right across from the Belmont campus was ideal and the layout with the 3 bedrooms and ensuite baths was just right for our group. The unit is well maintained and clean, the kitchen well equipped, beds were super comfortable with good linens, and easy parking! Hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed walking over to the cute coffee shop around the corner. We'll be back!

    Great location, communication was good between the property manager and us, the air conditioner wasn't working upstairs but they got it managed by that evening and was in constant communication.

    We really enjoyed our stay in Nashville. The condo was clean, and well stocked with necessary bathroom and kitchen items. There was plenty of storage room for our golf clubs as well. It was a quick Uber ride into downtown and convenient to highways to get other places. We would definitely book this unit again!

    Stayed with 2 other couples. So nice to each have our own bathroom and king size bed. Utilized the grocery shopping feature offered by the host. Everything we requested was on site when we arrived! Only drawback was the three flights of stairs. But we knew that going in. Great location. Everything we wanted to see, was no more than 20 minutes drive.

    We had a wonderful stay at The Frankie while visiting Belmont University for a campus tour. It is a lovely, comfortable home located right in the community our son would be living and doing life in. The home had everything our group could need and felt so homey. Loved the soaps used throughout the home. We all enjoyed the ease of getting around from this location, and the suggestions of host favorites. I’m sure we will stay here again when visiting Nashville!

    The location is perfect. Short Uber drive to Broadway, the Gulch and 12 South. Walking distance to Belmont University. Quiet neighborhood. Definitely recommend.
