Stayed Dec 24, 2021Loved it! Parking a larger full-size SUV doesn't fit in garage, road parking is awful however could've just been the time of year & alot of visitors to the non vrbo units.

Stayed Sep 12, 2025Excellent townhome in Fort Collins! The home was perfect for a friend reunion. We had short drive to Old Town and the CSU Tennis Center (where we caught shuttle to Mishawaka for a concert). The home is clean and had everything we needed. Walking distance to groceries, coffee etc. Will rent again.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025Host was responsive with questions before check in. And we really didn’t need anything during our short stay. We had two moms and 2 teenage daughters, and we had plenty of space to spread out and have a little privacy. Each bathroom had shampoo/conditioner/ body wash. And a hair dryer. Laundry was easy to use and equipped with supplies. And many thanks for the snacks!

Stayed Oct 25, 2024Nice place to stay. Clean, good location, about 12 minutes to CSU. Easy check in / check out. Only one downfall - there’s a small family room with only a small couch - it was fine for us, but if you have more than 2 people you can’t sit and lounge. Would have to sit at kitchen table and counter.

Beautifully appointed with everything we needed to decompress after our days of training and a home-like feel to buoy us through each day. The property is close to everything we needed and wanted to do. If 10 stars were available we would have given 10!
