Beautiful property, great location!!! We travel often and loved everything about this home… it was just right for my family and our small little vacation to St. Augustine!!! Will definitely be planning another trip in the future!!

There was nothing to not love about this place. The house, the decorations, the amenities, the walk to the beach, everything! We could go on and on talking about how awesome this trip was for us. We went on our honeymoon and it was the best ever. The owners are the nicest! They are very responsive to messages and questions. They made sure everything was right for our honeymoon and we are so thankful! They even left a wedding card for us on the counter when we got there! THE BEST experience! We have already decided we are going back to this house next year!

As advertised. Clean. Great location. Short walk to beach, coffee, taco shop, ice cream and many restaurants !! Perfect layout and all that we needed. This was our second stay. Not our last!!

Great host, location and facilities.

We loved our stay at the carriage house! It was perfect for the two of us. The house was very clean and bright and fully stocked. We even had fresh flowers on the table! The bathroom was quite large with a very nice shower stall. We stayed in the bedroom with the king-sized bed, which was very comfortable. There is a full-sized washer and dryer. The house is in a great location. We have family in the immediate area, so it was nice for them to walk over too. Pat and John were great hosts!We will definitely stay here again, and look forward to the next time!!!

We were very pleased with this rental home. Great location, close to the beach and restaurants. The house was very clean and offered all the essential amenities. The host was pleasant and happy to help in any way. Wonderful stay, hope to go back again!

This place was super clean and kitchen was well stocked. We loved the location as there was a boardwalk a few houses down which led right to the beach. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiul place, close to everything.

Excellent place in a great location. Close to downtown without all the people. Beach is about 2 minute, good food all within walking distance. Our 4th visit and looking forward to a fifth!

Fantastic rental home. Perfectly located close to several restaurants and the beach. Great beach access. The neighborhood is extremely quiet with minimal traffic. The home’s interior is tastefully decorated, spacious, comfortable and clean. Garage was convenient for storing all of our beach gear. We absolutely loved our ten day stay and this home certainly exceeded all of our expectations. Pat is extremely thoughtful, helpful and quick to respond to all inquiries. We are looking forward to returning.

We’ve stayed here twice now, and it’s in a great location in a quiet neighborhood with just a short walk to the beach and restaurants on A1A Beach Blvd. The owners take good care of the property, so it feels like staying in your own home.

Can glimpse the ocean out the living room window. Walk 350’ to coffeehouse. Amazing. I’ve stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this place was the *cleanest*. The bedding was superb. High quality throughout. If you are looking for a place to stay on St Augustine beach this is the place for you! The owners of the property are extremely helpful if you ever have any issues, and the house was beautiful. The house was spotless and was only steps away from the beach. We had a wonderful time here and would recommend staying at this property to anyone.

They live next door, so they were easily reached if we had any questions or needed assistance. This beautifully furnished beach house is steps from the beach - just bring your flip flops! Island shops and restaurants are within walking distance, too. We always enjoy our stay!

Great location, walkable to beach, The Pit surf shop, good coffee, and restaurants. Interior and furnishings very nice. Great little deck. Two driveways for parking was a real plus if you have friends visiting.

We had never been to St. Augustine before but we always like to combine the beach and history, so this place looked like it fit our needs perfectly. The place is exactly like the pictures. It was so clean and just beautiful inside and we felt right at home. There are several restaurants there on the island, but St. Augustine proper was just a few short minutes away. The beach is a short walk away, and the neighborhood was very quiet and and very nice. I highly recommend this placeif you're going to be in the area!
