Located 300 feet from the beach walkover on a quiet dead-end street, east of Beach Blvd. Lifeguard during summer months. WIFI. central heat and a/c. Vaulted ceilings throughout with over-sized windows and seeded glass transoms, giving a spacious feel. 2 BR, one king, one queen bed, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. 50 TV in the LR. 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, outdoor hot water shower. Downstairs is a laundry room with HE washer/dryer and access to the garage where beach chairs, cooler and beach umbrella are located.
