Osteen's Lake Hideaway is located in Lavonia, GA with a single slip private dock with swim platform in a large, quiet cove. It's just a few minutes drive to Tugaloo State Park (hiking, tennis, putt-putt), Harbor Light Marina (boat rentals), Poplar Springs Boat Landing, and downtown Lavonia.

FAMILY ROOM/DINING AREA
The home has an open concept living, dining, kitchen area with high ceilings, a large stone fireplace, and walls of windows to enjoy the beautiful view of the lake. Thereis a 50 inch Smart TV, along with a dvd player and movies to watch on a rainy day. The living area has a large leather couch and loveseat, along with an enormous coffee table for doing puzzles or playing games (which we have plenty of). The dining table will comfortably seat 6, and the kitchen bar will seat 4.

KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a nice family meal or fix a pot/single serving of coffee. It has beautiful quartz countertops and a coffee bar complete with a beverage fridge to stock with all of your favorite drinks!

LAUNDRY
A full size, stackable, washer and dryer with detergent (in the hall closet) are provided.

BEDROOMS/SLEEPING AREAS
-Bedroom 1: Primary Bedroom/Loft Area Upstairs - King size bed with a seating area and Smart TV. There are beautiful views from the loft balcony out to the lake. USB/USB C outlets are provided.
-Bedroom 2: Main Floor - Queen size bed with door to hall bathroom and Smart TV
-Bedroom 3: Main Floor - Queen size bed and Twin Bunk Bed and Smart TV

DECK/FENCED IN BACKYARD
An expansive deck goes from one end of the home to the other, with rocking chairs and a Big Green Egg grill, where you can look over the fenced in back yard with fire pit, and have a magnificent view down to the lake. There is a storage building full of items to keep you busy, such as corn hole boards, floats, life vests, and more.

FIRE PIT
There is a fire pit in the fenced in backyard with firewood provided. Enjoy smores (using the smore skewers found in the kitchen) or a late night chat in the relaxing Adirondack chairs.

DOCK
There is a short walk down a gently sloping trail to the single slip, private dock. Grab a two person kayak or paddle board on your way, as you can easily walk it right into the lake! You are welcome to dock your boat while you stay! Our pontoon may be in the slip, but there is still room to dock boats on either sides of the dock. Take advantage of the dock for sunbathing, fishing, or for jumping off and floating around (dock ladder for easy access). You will also find a nice, relaxing swing along with several Adirondack chairs.

PARKING
There is parking in the gravel driveway for 3-4 cars and in the grassy area in front of the home for another 2 cars.

AREA ATTRACTIONS
Maybe you would rather let someone else do the cooking and take a quick ten minute drive to the large selections of restaurants that are close by. You can walk the gently sloping path to the lake towards the single slip covered dock.
While you enjoy your stay, you can find shopping and restaurants less than ten minutes away. The Tanger Outlets in Commerce, GA are just a quick thirty minute drive, and you can be in Clemson, SC in no time when hopping on I-85. Greenville, SC is just 45 minutes traveling North on I-85.

-We have 4 Ring Cameras posted on the exterior of the home (front yard, front entry, rear entry, dock), for security reasons when we are not there.
