‘The Lake Place’ Cabin w/ Golf Cart & Free Kayaks!

The communication on how to in the house was clear and accurate a couple of days before, so I could take a breather on that front. When we got there we were amazed about all the amenties that were there to make us feel at home. Plenty of pillows ad blankets. They even had a coffee bar that had herbal teas waiting for you and coffee. There is a Dollar General right down the Road though. There was board games and all kinds of card games gallore if it starts to rain and there is a very nice swing ( we didnt have time),on the front porch to swing in and take in the sweet smell of the gardenia's. The golf cart is all charged up for you to ride up and down the street (very little traffic). Im sure there is lots more but this would turn into a book.

We had a wonderful romantic stay. Spent most of our time on the patio relaxing watching deer pranceing arround .

This property is wonderful! The owners truly have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. We loved the golf cart, kayaks, and the tubes for fun days on the lake. The cabin itself was very inviting and comfortable. We look forward to staying again in the future.

Beautiful place

The lake house was very nice and cozy. Golf cart made getting to the lake very easy. Definitely recommend staying here if visitings the area. Easy check in, house was very clean and homey feeling.

The Lake Place was so much more than we expected. Cozy, comfortable and peaceful. It was truly a nice surprise and the scenery was beautiful. The cabin was nicely laid out, and the kids loved the room upstairs because they loved having their own space. The cabin provides everything needed, so we got to just relax and enjoy. We will be back!

We celebrated our 11th wedding anniversary. We wanted somewhere cozy and relaxing this cabin was perfect and just what we needed for a weekend getaway.

Was very clean. Quite neighborhood. Everything you needed was there. Not far from south carolina or northcarolina.

Our family enjoyed a 4 night/3 day stay here this fall. This place was perfect for our family of four. The cabin has everything you need - we could have gotten by with just clothes and groceries. We enjoyed the kayaks, the fire pits, and hiking nearby at Tugaloo State Park. We plan to come back here in the future!

We went on a business trip and had three in our party. The place was perfect, had a little work area with printer and scanner. Perfect for unwinding in downtime. Highly recommend

We stayed at the cabin for our son's wedding to a local Lavonia girl. The cabin was delightful and close enough to all the activities so that we could go back and forth and use it as our home base. The hosts think of everything! It's a very comfortable cabin.

We enjoyed our stay at The Lake Place and loved that it had all the amenities so we didn't pack everything and bring it with us for our three-day weekend. We especially appreciated that they had kayaks, tubes, and a canoe that we could use to play around with on the lake. And while it's not on the water itself, it's right nearby and easy to get to on the provided golf cart. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful place and our first experience with VRBO…I doubt we’ll stay at a hotel again… So many thoughtful details at the property…

We came for a softball tournament and the cabin was very convenient to everything. It was clean and smelled so good and had everything we needed. The kayaks were a plus with a short golf cart ride to put them in the water. It was the perfect little place to stay and even though only 1 bedroom/1 bathroom our family of 5 had plenty of space!

The house is set into a wooded lake community with lots of cool wildlife. There is also plenty for of things for kids between 3-10 within 15-20 minutes. Great place to stay all around.
