The stay was good for the most part. Dishwasher didn't work and we didn't get checkout instructions until we had already left.

The place was great. We have stayed in a bunch of different places in Moab and would definitely stay here again.

The home was clean, everything worked as expected, the location was ideal for everything we wanted to do, there was plenty of street parking for our truck and trailer, which was huge, and we would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Moab!

This was the perfect place for our family. Will definitely be back. Had all the things needed for a great stay and the hot tub was awesome as well.

The place was clean, except for a few towels I had to rewash but there is a washer and dryer. Beds were comfortable and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was wonderful and convenient however it could use a little maintenance. The host was quick to respond to any questions we had. We had a great vacation here.

2 adults and 3 older teens stayed in this wonderful, quiet spot only a few minutes from downtown Moab area. Close enough to get to for dinner, shopping, but far enough away for great stargazing and gorgeous orange and red mountain scenery! Between 30-40 minutes away from the National Parks (Arches and Canyonlands), and we made the most of being so close! There are so many outdoor things to do in Moab- from hiking, mountain biking, river activities, ATVs, and more! We loved our stay! Lovely home and we would definitely return!

The pictures of this property are exactly as described. It’s a fantastic space for a family trip! We really enjoyed all the amenities and the beautiful outdoor area. It was perfect for gathering both inside and out, with incredible views throughout.Our family especially appreciated the hot tub on the patio and the ping pong table in the garage—great extras for relaxing and having fun after exploring the area or spending time at the pool. The double-sided blinds were a thoughtful touch, letting us enjoy the views or block the sun as needed.The owner was incredibly responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this property!

Condo was as advertised, clean, and worked out great for our trip. The hot tub is showing its age with missing headrests and torn padding, but not a huge deal. Would stay again.

Great location 10 minutes out of Moab. Clean and well stocked felt like we were the first to rent. Beds super soft.

We stayed at this unit last fall and since that stay worked out so well, we decided to make a return trip. Condo was well appointed, comfortable and quiet. I'm sure we will make it back to Moab and when we do we will book this condo.

The unit was pretty nice but it was not very clean. The main reason why we selected this unit was because of the hot tub, which was mostly clean.

The home was well stocked in the kitchen, and there were plenty of towels and bedding. The views from the large patio were stunning!

We usually take three to four days in October to rest and relax in Moab. This is the first time we have stayed in this complex. We will definitely have this as our go to place in future years. The unit was very clean and well equipped. No issues. No problems. No noise.

Condo was great. A few things the owner can do to make it better. 1 tub and sink drains very slow, coffee maker falls apart when you try to use. Buy a new
