Our open-concept, single-level townhome is located just five minutes from downtown Moab in the quiet and beautifully maintained Rim Village community. It’s the perfect spot to enjoy easy access to town while avoiding the traffic and noise. Rim Village is known for its peaceful setting, walkable streets, adobe-style townhomes, and seasonal community pool (open April–October), making it a highly desirable place to stay while exploring Moab.

The home is thoughtfully laid out and works especially well for multiple families or groups traveling together. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals and gather, with plenty of dining space indoors or outside on the large private patio. From both the living areas and the patio, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the Moab Rim — a beautiful backdrop morning and night.

The patio has just been upgraded with a brand-new outdoor lounge set and gas fire pit, creating an inviting space to relax after a day of adventure. Start your morning with freshly ground local coffee (provided!) or wind down in the evening by the fire, taking in the red rock views and desert skies.

Inside, the home is comfortable and well-appointed for both short stays and longer visits. In cooler months, cozy up by the indoor gas fireplace, or head over to the nearby community pool and hot tub (open seasonally) to cool off after a day in the desert heat. The home features central A/C and heat, a washer and dryer, reliable high-speed internet for remote work or streaming, and HD cable TVs in the living room and all bedrooms.

Parking is easy with a two-car garage (which includes a ping pong table!), a driveway, and ample curbside parking for extra vehicles or trailers.

The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a spacious ensuite bathroom with a jetted tub — perfect for soothing tired muscles after time on the trails. The second bedroom offers a queen bed with an XL twin bunk, and the third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed. Each bedroom includes a high-definition TV for added comfort and convenience.

PETS: If you are traveling with a furry companion, there is a $40/night pet fee (Max $250). Only dog(s) are permitted in our properties and the breeds, number of dogs must be disclosed before you check in. Per the HOA, there is a 2 dog max. Please be responsible and pick up after your pet and take care to follow the pet rules so we can continue to host pets in our units :)

    Great place to stay and lots of space. We appreciated the information booklet that gave us tips on places in the area. The garage was handy for storing bikes! The area is south of Moab so it is quiet but you do have a bit more driving into the centre of Moab and to trails etc. to the North. We would definitely stay again.

    This property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. We had everything we needed. It was so nice to get out and enjoy the 4x4 trails during the day and then have a comfortable space to come back to for a relaxing evening. We would definitely stay here again.
