Stayed Jul 2, 2025The house is in a lovely spot very close to the river with nice places to walk, sit and eat close by. The only difficulties were the lack of internet connectivity (not just lack of wifi) and that there are no stores in Zeltingen where you can buy anything. I had to take the bus into Bernkastel to buy groceries, etc. But I had a lovely stay.

Stayed Jul 23, 2019Even though it was the hottest summer on German record we were able to stay cool on the ground floor. Frau Chanet was very helpful and accommodating. Parking was free, easy and close. The washing machine and the dish washer were very helpful. This was a perfect homebase for traveling around in the mosel valley. We will absolutely love to stay here again in the future.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This stay is truly a gem! This charming, beautiful home is steps from the Mosel river, in the heart of one of the best wine villages on its banks, Zeltingen. While the home preserves much of its original architecture, including exposed beams in the top level, its been updated for all amenities of modern life. The bathrooms and kitchen are spacious with everything you would need. Parking is simple and a few meters away. Angelika is a terrific, gracious host: she was flexible with out arrivals and available for us as we needed. It’s warm and delightful - we will definitely stay again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969You are surrounded by steep hills lined with grape vines while staying in this quaint home and village. The host was prompt to let us in the property, very friendly and very helpful. The property has spacious rooms, 2 full bathrooms, and everything you need in the kitchen. I would highly recommend this property and we will definitely be returning. You do need to be able to walk up steps!
