Mississippi riverview guesthouse near historic downtown LeClaire.

This house is a beautiful house. Roomy and comfortable. A large outdoor space with a BBQ grill and comfortable seating outside. The kitchen is big with a lot of room to move around and prepare meals and it has plenty of dishes, cooking utensils, silverware, glasses and mugs. And the refrigerator is also big with enough storage room for food. I love that the kitchen and living room have windows that look out into yard and have a view of the Mississippi River. The arrangement of the living room and kitchen make it easy for conversation between guests. They provided plenty of towels and they were clean and looked new. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful and has easy access to the town.

The Racoon House was clean, comfortable & cutely decorated! The beds were comfortable w/plenty of room to spread out. Karen & Shawn were great & downtown LaClaire was a fun place to visit. The property was located off the highway & easy to get to. Thank you for a lovely w/e!!

It was ideal for family members to meet up and spend time together. This was our 2nd time staying and brought food to prepare in the wonderful kitchen setup. We didn't leave the home in the 2 full days we were there, giving us plenty of time to catch up and enjoy the relaxing setting. The beds are comfortable and spacious. It is great to have two full bathrooms, one on each level. We look forward to making plans for another stay.

The host was wonderful. She explained everything. The house was very clean and comfortable. We would stay there again.

Awesome communication with the hosts. Walk through at check-in to answer any questions. Plenty of room for 4 guys in the area to play golf.

The raccoon house is quaint, clean and easily accessible. The owners, Karen and Shawn greeted us, gave us a tour of their beautiful property and shared the vegetables from their garden..they are so friendly. I will stay there again. We had a wonderful week in their lovely cottage.

The house was beautiful! Everytime I walked through the beautiful gardens I saw something new! Wonderful experience! Karen & Shawn are awesome! Would definitely stay there again.

Property was clean and well maintained in a very nice area. Landscaping was amazing and was beautiful place to just sit outside and relax.

This was a perfect setting for our trip on the Riverboat Twilight, docked in LeClaire. The host was very easy to work with, met us upon arrival (they live next door) and had great suggestions for meals. The house is clean, with great beds and rooms, and well stocked. We were sorry to have to leave.
