The home features step-free access, wide doorways, and hallways for easier movement. Beach essentials are also provided for your convenience.



The Neighborhood:

Mission Beach is known for its sandy shoreline, oceanfront boardwalk, surf culture, and connection to Mission Bay. The neighborhood is also home to Belmont Park, a historic oceanfront amusement park featuring the Giant Dipper, a wooden roller coaster dating back to 1925.



From the home, guests can walk to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants, shops, and waterfront activities. Mission Bay is nearby for boating and other water activities, while Pacific Beach is just north along the coast.



For sightseeing, Old Town, SeaWorld, Balboa Park, the San Diego Zoo, and La Jolla are all within driving distance, making this a convenient base for exploring San Diego's beaches, attractions, and neighborhoods.

Other Things to Note:

Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Please note that quiet hours are enforced between 21:00 and 07:00 to ensure a peaceful environment for all neighbors. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. While we love animals, please be aware that pets are allowed only with prior approval and additional charges may apply.
