We booked a last minute weekend to meet up with friends and loved the house. It was the perfect size and layout for two families - two bedrooms and a bathroom on either sideThe host was very quick to answer when I had a question. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This place was absolutely disgusting. The second we walked in, it was clear no one had bothered to clean. There were mystery stains on the sheets, dirt and dust in every corner, and actual boogers smeared on the wall next to the bed. Yes, actual boogers. And it wasn’t just the inside, the front lawn was covered in cigarette butts and I know this is going to sound like an exaggeration, but I have never seen so many mosquitoes in one place. We didn’t even unpack. We left immediately and booked a hotel. The pictures on VRBO were completely false advertising. And the manager couldn’t care less. No apology, no ownership, just a robotic “we’ll refund your cleaning fee.” They would not refund the cost of the rental even though someone else’s DNA was left on a bedroom wall. 0/10 should anyone stay at this property.

Haven’t stayed in a place this filthy since the Sandman Motel in Panama City Beach in 1997. From the certain smell upon entering, to the dirty carpet, the sticky floor, the dingy towels, the cave like feel, and the dead rat in the back yard, we would not recommend staying here unless you’re a big group of 20 somethings that just need a place to crash.

Home is in a rough area of town , but looks like it’s improving. Overall cleaning needs to improve, floors were dirty and towels from previous stay were still on back of bathroom door, need a few more comfortable chairs in living room. Beds were very good, kitchen was good for our 4 people .

The property was as described. The neighborhood is developing, but the home is centrally listing to all things Chattanooga. I would definitely stay again. A few upgrades in the bedrooms would be nice.
