Minutes to Niagara Falls State Park

Wonderful host and great property.

Its kind of funny because my cousins with us grew up in old homes and the creaking floors, stairs, etc reminded them of being scared as kids. But my husband and I love old homes, so we were thrilled with the woodwork and beautiful floors. The home was VERY clean and we appreciated that more than anything.

Fenced in back yard nice for our dog. Would have liked a couple more bath towels since laundry not available on site and the laundromat down the street did not look very inviting. Overall, house and location very good.

The house was well equipped and beds were very comfortable. The location was just a few miles from Niagara Falls State Park which was very convenient. The host was quick to answer our questions. Overall a very nice experience. I would stay here again if ever back in this area.

The house and neighborhood is on the older side, but everything was nice and clean. We had plenty of room and convenient location.

Absolutely great location! Near everything and a quaint little neighborhood. It was an old home from the early 1900’s so it’s got nostalgia, creepy floors, small bathrooms etc but absolutely charming. Was pretty clean and beds were okay. Would recommend!

Had a beautiful time seeing the Falls, Whirlpool Park, and Old Fort Niagara with my family and friends! We had lunch at Main Street Diner in Youngstown, NY and then had the best chocolate chip cookie ever at a quaint bakery in Youngstown, NY! And great sunny, blue skies weather each day of our 4 day getaway!

If visiting Niagara Falls beware gps will take you through unsafe area of downtown as shortest route from this house. House itself is in good neighborhood. We took a longer route (once we made this mistake) to avoid this again.

Nice Older home, Comfortable Neighborhood and Close to all the activities.

This house was perfect for the 5 of us. Great location and very clean. The only issue that I had was there was no washer & dryer. But everything else was ideal. Clean kitchen, clean bathrooms and amazing communication with the owner.

Excellent experience! The house and neighborhood are lovely. The fully fenced yard is dog escape proofed. Easy drive to Niagara Falls and Lewiston. 15 minute walk to a walk/bike path along the river. Host was friendly and easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We stayed in the house for two nights. Very comfortable and conveniently located to Niagara Falls.

It is a charming home almost perfect for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had what we needed - we didn’t prepare any meals. It was a convenient and safe home base for our vacation - day at a Niagara Falls, day in Buffalo, and day at Six Flags. All descriptions were accurate. Our kids may have liked TVs upstairs but it was nice to spend a few days without them. The living area furniture is comfortable and maximizes the use of the space well but it was hard to watch a movie in the evenings - again we were never there much and everything else about the house, location, and comfort was great!

Nice property in quiet neighborhood. Wifi service wasn't that great, however. Enjoyed the back yard. Close to the Falls. Masterbedroom bed a bit uncomfortable for us older folk.

Location on quiet, safe street in older neighborhood. Directions very easy to follow & parking FREE in driveway & on street. Keyless entry easy to operate. Love the double doors into the front of house. Large open area: alcove, dining, living room with fireplace. Really appreciated the shelving for our food stuff in kitchen.Easy use stove & dishwasher. Loved the patio lights, grill & fenced in backyard . Enjoyed by humans & dogs. Beds very comfortable after trekking around the falls & parks. Thanks for a fun & busy weekend.

The property is conveniently located to the sites around Niagara Falls including walking trails. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The overall house is good with a small fenced backyard. We only used the kitchen sparingly so can't comment on how well it is stocked. My only complaint was the master bedroom bed was uncomfortable with a thin mattress. Overall, we enjoyed our time there.

The house is an older house with all that implies. Some floors are not level. The front steps are really high. The steps to the backdoor are dimly lot at night. All that said, the beds were very nice, The kitchen was pretty well equipped.

Clean, charming house in a cute, quiet neighborhood. Location is great, as we used it as a base for trips to both sides of the falls, Buffalo, Niagara-on-the-Lake, and even Toronto. Also within close proximity to miles of paved trails for running, walking, biking, etc. One of the most well-stocked rentals we've stayed in, especially the kitchen.

Historic old house requires updates but very clean and well organized at convenient location to Niagara Falls. Not many complaints as this house is very reasonably priced opportunity

Very accommodateing

The house was beautiful and very well located. Has everything you need, just like home away from Home.

I would say this place has potential to be great. Some of the items are dated or worn out. The location is great along with the space of the house. It has easy access to the Lewiston Bridge to Canada.
