The home was fully stocked to cook in which I loved. The area was quiet in spite of the outside appearance. The fire pit work but the grill need to be changed out. The TV in parents room need to be bigger and need a chair in the room. Overall amazing home.

Overall it was ok. Fpr what we needed it worked. But the place could use a good cleaning and some TLC.

The house was clean and comfortable. The host was very accommodating when our schedule changed multiple times. Very close to everything in Chattanooga!

The neighborhood was sketchy with run down houses, abandoned cars and unkept yards being a majority of the homes. The pictures and description of the property did the house more justice than they should have. The house was not clean at all. There was dust and dirt on the floors, the bathrooms had insects on the floors and ALL the windows had cobwebs in them. We washed dishes and the dishwasher almost fell out of the space under the counter. Also, it was difficult to get the dishwasher to turn on. Whoever is cleaning the property for the owner needs to be fired and they should request a refund.Also, there were numerous holes in the sheetrock, mostly in the bathrooms.I attempted to have the host move us, but they were unable to accommodate us as it was the Labor Day weekend.

The house was ok it could have been cleaner and the tv in the master bedroom was so small we had to sit on the edge of the bed just to watch tv ! It’s only 2 tv in the house the other bedrooms do not have a tv ! The bathtub had black stuff all at the bottom of it ! The refrigerator needs to be cleaner as well.whoever is responsible for cleaning this house need to do a better job it was so much dust and dirt under the couches!

We loved the property & our stay ! My kids had a blast playing in the yard , we enjoyed being able to have a grill to have a nice family dinner night . Plenty of space for All of us ! My youngest wants to make this a regular trip for us

Overall was a good place to stay. I would recommend more tv’s. There were only 2 that was one in the living room and the other in the master bedroom and we had kids with us. They did not have sheets for the sofa bed, if they had them we could not find them. Lots of scuff marks on the wall. Again just little minor things that would have made it a 5-star stay.Overall a decent stay and I would return.

This house was dirty. I had to clean the bathrooms when we got there. The floors were also dirty. The sheets in the master bedroom had hair in them. I notified the property manager and they did bring us clean sheets. The check in process was more time consuming because the links sent were not accessible. The house was decent for the location.

Unfortunately we were unable to stay at this property for more than 10 minutes. Upon arrival in the driveway we were greeted with a large bit bull dog barking ferocious at us.When pulling in the neighborhood, there were people walking in the streets & car blocking the road. We were a group of women & child going on a weekend trip @ felt uncomfortable staying in this neighborhood.. The pictures of the house on Vrbo were very nice, it didn’t show the neighbors house with bars on the windows & cars broke down next to driveway.

The place was barely cleaned. The toilet had poop on it . The floors were sticky and dirty. The beds all felt like you were laying on wires the fan in the bedroom, is noisy like it’s gonna fall off the ceiling They provide the cheapest products.

The property is in need of a lot of love. The king size bed is completely broken in and needs replaced, the cleaning crew does not pay attention to details, fire detectors not in place throughout the house, several dings and marks on the walls, only one spoon to use in the kitchen, the shower in the guest bathroom doesn't drain properly and we had to completely clean out the inside of the washer before we could use it.

Simple and clean. Just what we needed for a couple of nights. Seems new, so minimal kitchen items, but sufficient. No problems with out stay.

We enjoyed the convenience of where the property was located - it was close to most of the attractions we wanted to visit, however, it is not in the best area. It was hard to get in contact with the property manager - never received a response. We enjoyed the space of the home - it was just right for my family. We wished that the tv in the master bedroom worked and there was a better bed in the master bedroom. Overall, we enjoyed our stay! Just a few updates are needed.
