North area of GranCanaria (quintanilla beach), first line of the sea, fully furnished and equipped. 10 minutes from the capital.
Places of interest: supermarket, public transport, pharmacy. You will love my place because of the light, the cozy space and the tranquility.
Housing on one floor, easy access. It has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen, terrace and two bathrooms. The house has some sea views and stunning sunsets. Maximum guests staying up to 6.
Very well connected area. Ideal place for trips to any municipality on the island of Gran Canaria.
Close to the capital to the most important municipalities of the island.
Marine neighborhood where aquatic activities (Surf) and restaurants with typical Canarian food take place.
The house is located in a strategic point in the north of Gran Canaria (municipality of Arucas). It is located 10 minutes from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and the municipalities of Guía, Gáldar and Agaete, a place of connection with the island of Tenerife.
Opposite is the sea, which by its characteristics is very suitable for the practice of water sports and activities. The beach is also peculiar for its seasonal sand (May-December). Nearby are restaurants where you can enjoy typical Canarian meals and all kinds of services (supermarkets, for bus, pharmacy). You will also find natural pools.

    Thank you for a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and very well equipped (towels, bed linen, kitchen supplies, ...). Also a baby bed was provided. Very much recommended!

    Minerva is a helpful and attentive host, the house is clean, comfortable and well equipped. It's right between the main GC-2 road and the sea, but set back from the road and you can't hear the traffic over the sound of waves crashing on the rocks. The location shown by the Homeaway web site is misleading - the house is to the west of Banaderos and it's a 15 minute walk to get into the village where there are a couple of restaurants. There's a well stocked supermarket close by, which is open late except on Sundays. A car is recommended (a bus stop is close by though) Otherwise access to Las Palmas and the central mountains is great and it's only just over an hour down to Maspalomas. We had a lovely 4 days here
