Mimosa Memories

This house was updated and very clean. Pet friendly with a fenced back yard. About 10-15 minutes from everything in Venice. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice quiet home , very clean.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The communication was good. The entry and check in were super simple. The house was in a good location and very comfortable. I will say the kids across the street were up late and loud but it’s summer and they were enjoying their time off, so it was understandable. The whole house was clean. The back porch was a great place to sit and read. I knew they had a Keurig so I brought some pods with me but they had some. The kitchen had everything we needed. The couch was super comfy to sit on, not hard at all. I will say the lighting situation confused us at first. The switches aren’t always where you expect them to be and we had to take a few minutes to find lights and fans. The only thing I have to say that is even slightly negative is that there were washcloths in the master bath but not the guest bathroom. It wasn’t a big deal. But it was one thing I noticed. The house was also like 8-15 minutes to everywhere. It was like a geographic anomaly. (Bonus points to those who get the reference.) All in all I would definitely not only recommend the place, I would also stay here again. Oh. And the teenage boy was obviously on WiFi all weekend and I didn’t hear one complaint about the tv or his devices. So that must have been excellent as well.

was perfect for our needs. layout was great even bunk beds for the kids. house was very clean and nice, and ready for us to use. well stocked and everything was as it should be with NO complaints. neighborhood was fantastic. quiet street and peaceful.

My family takes a vaca to the local beaches each year this property is located close to several great places to hunt sharks teeth

The house was very clean Entrace was no problem at any time. The only thing was window treatments there was no blind on the big sliding door. The curtains in the living room were to sheer and not big enough . And this is all my opinion.

We loved our stay at this home. Everything was as listed online. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Loved Venice!

We were there for a Fox Lea Frams horse show. It was fairly close and very clean with great amenities.

We enjoyed our stay. We did not spend a-lot of time there but it was convenient to where other family members live. The yard could use a little love but not a deal breaker by any means. Would not hesitate to book againthank you,Todd

The property is somewhat aged but everything is clean, and any issues were addressed promptly and to our complete satisfaction. It is an excellent location. Easy to get to and on a very quiet street. We would be more than happy to stay at this location again.

The mirrors are built for people under five feet tall!

The interior of the home has been updated for the most part and is very nice. There are plenty of beds for families. The main bedroom bed was very comfortable! The owner has obviously worked to make the home pleasant. The exterior could use some clean up/landscaping. The yard and grill area were not really useable space other than to let the dogs out. The screened porch would have been great if it had been warmer. Note to self to come later in the month!

We had a lovely stay at Mimosa Place. It was quiet and very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch in the evenings. The host was very timely communicating.

Ryan is extremely responsive. The only issue was WiFi was not working when we arrived but he had someone come by the next morning and resolved it. This was our third stay here and while the neighborhood is mediocre the location is great and the house has been nicely update. Very clean and well appointed. Only other suggestion is phone chargers or plug outlets added to the nightstands by the beds.

The house was cute, its an older house, but nicely decorated. Could definitely use an overhaul with cleaning. All the vents in the house were clogged with dust and the showerheads could definitely be replaced. They were pretty gross. The bathroom ceiling had orange stains all over it. But with some updating it could be really nice. We couldnt enjoy the back covered in patio at all. Everytime we attempted to sit out there, the neighbors dogs barked insessantly. Sometimes someone would come out and yell at them, sometimes they'd just growl and bark non stop. This happened the entire week which was super frustrating as its a nice space and we would have liked to have enjoyed it a little more.
