The property is gorgeous! Everything was clean and we all enjoyed the home, Pool, and hot tub. The host was just a text message away. If you needed something, it would be at the door steps within the hour. We look forward to returning to the property next year.

I was very disappointed with my recent stay at this property. The cleanliness and overall condition of the home were far below expectations. The living room furniture was so dirty that I couldn’t even sit on the sofa, and the rug underneath had visible urine stains. The kitchen cabinets contained dirty dishes, and the freezer was unclean.Beyond cleanliness, there were several maintenance issues. The remote in the master bedroom was broken and wouldn’t change channels. The bed had flannel sheets, which felt out of place given the 75 degree weather, and uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed a camera by the pool, which raised privacy concerns.On top of these issues, communication with the property management company was extremely disappointing. I had trouble finding the house and called for assistance, but no one returned my voicemail. When I reached out upon arrival about the condition of the home, I never received a response. After checking out, I sent a message through Vrbo regarding my experience and again heard nothing. When I followed up via email, the response I received was, “Why, are you going to leave a bad review?”I had hoped to resolve these concerns privately, but the lack of communication and care made that impossible. Overall, this was an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

Felt bigger and more spacious than the photos, which was great. Super clean and had everything we needed. 5 minutes from the beach and easy communication from the host. Thank you!

The house was just as advertised. It was clean and the location was good. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time during our one night stay with our family of 10. The host was very accommodating as they heated up the pool for us before arriving, had a clean property with everything we needed including, clean towels, comfortable beds, soaps and lotions in the bathrooms, pool floaters for the kids, and more. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had!

We had a great trip in Naples. This was our first VRBO in years and I can honestly say it exceeded our expectations. We are a family of 5 with 15, 13 and 11 year old children. The pool was awesome and the hottub just as good. The house was very clean and the beds were really comfy. Kitchen was well appointed. Since the weather was a little chilly we did not use the beach but it was about 1 mile away. Easily reached by bike if adults or older kids. Asif from NCV was extremely responsive and helpful with all our questions. We would highly recommend the home if you are looking for something easy, clean and modern.

We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend. The house and grounds are exactly as shown and there is plenty of space. The decor is beautiful - right out of the Crate & Barrel catalogue. Outdoor space is also a huge plus. We ate most meals at outside (there are screens), watched the outdoor tv, etc. The two masters were great for our group and my teens could each have a room and they shared a bathroom. Location was great - construction in the neighborhood in general as there seems to be a lot of upgrading/rebuilding but there were no noise issues and the street is quiet. We were able to walk to the beach when out for a walk but would need to drive if planning to bring chairs, etc. While the house has chairs they are not really beach-friendly. We did have a few issues the most significant was with the hot tub/spa. Asif was 100% responsive - attempted to troubleshoot over text and sending out a technician the next day. Unfortunately the issue was not diagnosed so we continued to have issues using the spa. This just caused general frustrations that I would have preferred not to deal with given we paid more for a house with a spa/pool and is the primary reason I did not rate a 5. One ceiling fan was also broken but Asif had someone bring over a standing fan (within about 30 mins!). Overall a recommended stay in a gorgeous home.

The house exceeded expectations. So clean, furnishings updated, pool area outsanding very comfortable to be in. I'm not one to stay in an 'average place from the moment i walked in i knew id made a wonderful pick! The fan remotes did not work, could not turn to a lower setting so weren't usable I'm a naples visitor for 30 years. I'd stay in this home over and over again. loved it My family has a place down the street on Gulf Shore drive (beach) so we were overflow and rented this house.
