Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the walking and nature trails nearby, perfect for exploring the serene surroundings.

Millville, although a smaller town, offers several attractions and activities for visitors to enjoy nearby, including Bethany Beach, Fenwick Island State Park, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, Bayside Resort Golf Club, Indian River Inlet (fishing), Holts Landing State Park, Delaware Seashore State Park, Salted Vines Vineyard & Winery, Fenwick Wine Cellars, and DiscoverSea Shipwreck Museum.

As you step inside, you will discover a welcoming open floor plan that seamlessly combines all living spaces into one. The two-way gas fireplace provides a warm and inviting ambiance. The sunroom is a tranquil space to unwind with comfy seating, a gas fireplace, and access to the small lawn offering a gas grill. Upstairs, you will find a large loft area with a smart TV and two bedrooms.

Things to Know
The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Please respect the no dog policy.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
