MILLION DOLLAR VIEW very private 4 bedroom resort with pool, pier, kayaks, spa

Roman was a great host and very responsive. There were no problems or complaints. We really enjoyed the outdoor amenities and that true million dollar view. Great stay!

The hosts were great and very responsive! Not that we needed them, as the house was stocked and well organized. Most importantly it was clean with quality amenities. And last, but not least, the Sunset is amazing! We are looking forward to coming back

Loved the property! Wonderful privacy and outside space in addition to fully stocked kitchen great for family dinners! Lovely sunsets every night while having s’mores over a fire. The kids loved the long dock. Can’t wait to come again!!

Great outdoor area and place to stay

Staying here is like having your own resort. Mornings, we expected other visitors from other cottages to show up to share the property. Alas, there were none! No other property can be seen from the space.The kitchen provides the most thorough collection of chef’s tools. Glassware, dinnerware, silverware all beautifully offered.As weather was quite warm and humid, we found needs for additional fans on the screened porch. The AC system works magically to retain a great temperature in the house.Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! It is a gorgeous spot sharing sunrises and sunsets. Don’t miss this slice of paradise.

Amazing property with excellent hosts. Loved the dock and the privacy felt like we had our own private resort. Spotless and well cared for. Would return again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful time! The property is very private, and having the dock was one of the highlights as was the view from the porch. We saw nurse sharks, baby jellyfish and the most gorgeous sunsets we’ve ever seen. We’d love to go back with friends.One caveat is that the air conditioning would only go down to 71F. There was a limitation programmed in that our host said couldn’t be changed. We typically sleep at 67 at home so this was a bit too warm for us for sleeping. I wish this had been mentioned in the listing so I am mentioning it here for anyone who reads the reviews. There are fans in the rooms, which does help some.

We saw a turtle and five nurse sharks right off the Pier, several parrot fish as well as other varieties. It was amazing! The hosts were the best we have ever met. Will definitely be back the good Lord willing!

We just returned home from our perfect stay at this property. We had the most amazing time! The home was so clean and the owners thought of everything you would possibly need during your stay. Roman and Karen were so welcoming and very responsive when we had a slight concern with the pool. It was resolved right away. The dock was an added bonus. We spent countless hours watching the marine life swim by including sea turtles, manatees, nurse sharks, stingrays, tarpon, lobsters and crabs. We utilized the kayaks and paddle boards in the crystal clear water. The home is in a great location. You can see the Dolphin Research Center from the dock where we were able to see the dolphins performing. The sunsets were perfect! I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a getaway with a private, peaceful setting but still close enough to restaurants and things to do!

Love this home and location. Best the Keys have to offer. Recommend to anyone looking for peaceful get away. Wonderful owners/ property manager. Fabulous accommodations. Layout inside home was perfect for my family needs. We enjoyed near by State Parks but most of all loved the home and fantastic accommodations. Pool is great.

This place is paradise. What you see in the photos is what you get. Roman and Karen are fantastic hosts. We were there while hurricane Milton was barreling toward the Florida west coast and they were so helpful that inassuring us that we were safe

Spectacular view, beautiful home. They thought of everything.

We were there the first 2 weeks of june and had a great time. Roman even provided a bait freezer, knowing we were fishing people. WE WILL BE BACK!!
