Million Dollar View Beach Cabin

We had a wonderful stay! The communication from the host was excellent, and the location couldn’t have been better. The beach is less than a two-minute walk away, with easy access just steps from the house.This is an older beach home, so if you’re expecting a brand-new luxury property with every detail perfectly modernized, this may not be the right fit. However, if you’re looking for a comfortable, family-friendly beach house full of character, this place is fantastic.Our kids absolutely loved the upstairs area, especially the little tucked-away space they proudly named the “secret room.” We had four children under the age of seven and several dogs with us, and the home accommodated our group perfectly. Everything was functional, comfortable, and well-suited for a family gathering.The views were beautiful, the beach access was incredibly convenient, and the overall experience was exactly what we were hoping for. Most importantly, the host was responsive, communicative, and easy to reach whenever we had questions.We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book here again. Thank you for helping create such a memorable family beach trip!

We recently stayed for a long weekend get away with a group of 18. Everything was properly explained and was just like the listing. This is an older home, with that there are some things that are outdated. But, it did not affect our stay and we had an amazing time. There was plenty of room for our group and we absolutely loved the views from the large decks on both floors. You’re getting a great value for the price. Host was great and very accommodating! We are already planning our next stay!

The property is so beautiful! It was perfect for our family reunion! Driveway was big enough for 4 cars and a trailer, close enough to town to not be annoying and access to the beach couldn't be closer! Very pet friendly and communication with the owner far exceeded expectations. Already planning our next trip!

The house was great! It met our familys needs wonderfully! We brought our dog and it was well suited for him too! The view is exceptional and the host was ansolutely wonderful! We would definitely stay there again!

Beautiful location and convenient. House is big enough that everyone had their own bed. House is indeed very old and outdated which isn’t a big deal, however it was not clean. Host was accommodating and helpful.

We had a great stay at the beach! Larry is very clear up front about the condition of the home and if you go with that understanding you’ll have a great stay. It is an older home and has some quirks but it worked great for our large group. Plenty of parking space, short walk to the beach (typical walk through the scrub brush at WA coastal beaches) and bonus: during the summer months there aren’t supposed to be vehicles on the part of the beach where the house is! Perfect for all the little cousins that were digging houses of sand and chasing the tide. Larry is super accommodating (within his power and reason) and was very responsive with our few questions.

Wonderful property! Large enough for a combination of all ages. Wonderful trail to the beach or a short walk or drive to the main entrance. Beautiful view. Owner is very easy to communicate with.

This house is ideal for families. It is cozy, clean, and the view is just next level. My family and friends loved everything about this little home on a piece of heaven. It truly was the best spot for our vacation. Larry is a saint and so wonderful to communicate with. We will be back.

We did not have high expectations for the house as the owner was clear in communication that it is an old house with no real updates being done. That is accurate but there is a difference between out of date and unclean and unkept. The location was amazing and the view is fantastic from the top deck. Overall we made it work and had a great time with family. A little time and effort into cleaning ,replacing old and repairing a few things around the house would go along way to making it a great rental. If your going in the summer bring bug spray , the mosquitoes are feisty and plentiful.

Superb location, good size beach house. The views are fantastic. Property is dated, but is charming in other ways.

The house was perfect. Right on the beach great neighborhood. Our host was also great with great communication we brought our dogs and had the best time. We are already talking about another trip and hope to get the same house

Pros: location, beach access, privacy, ocean view, responsiveness of manager, kitchen well stocked, plenty of beds, nice large dining table, large screen TV, good for pets & kids, good off-season discount Cons: house & furnishings not very well maintained (old is okay, neglected is not); hot tub oddly located upstairs off of master suite (outside is more conducive to use); minimal number of towels (had to request more); did not appear or feel as clean as it was advertised to be (cleaner was sent during visit to address); carpets, some appliances, light fixtures & upstairs toilet really need to be replaced; living room only has seating for 5-6; “game room” in basement not at all inviting. Being that it is rainy November, some of these issues were likely more noticeable than they would be in warmer, drier months. Bottom line: We had a great time in spite of the above but probably would choose a different house next time, especially this time of year, unless some work is done to address these concerns. We appreciate that Larry tried hard to please, just being honest!
