We’re happy to welcome dogs! 🐕 However, cats are not permitted due to allergy concerns for some of our guests. 😺🚫

Please ensure the grill is turned off and cleaned after use.

🏡 To ensure a smooth and secure stay, all guests must complete the Happy Guest registration before receiving check-in instructions and the door code.

🔐 Through our secure, app-free Happy Guest portal, you will:

📝 Review and sign the rental agreement

🪪 Complete guest registration and ID verification

💳 Choose one of the following:
A $1,000 refundable security hold (temporary card authorization, not a charge), or
🛡️ An optional $45 non-refundable damage waiver (covers stays up to 10 nights; +$3 per additional night for longer stays)

💰 The $1,000 security hold is automatically released 3 days after check-out if no damage is reported.

📱 Happy Guest is a secure website—no app download or account creation is required. It also provides your guest portal with check-in instructions, property information, and local recommendations.

🔑 Important: Check-in instructions, including the property address and door code, will only be provided after the Happy Guest registration has been completed.

Maximum occupancy is 15 guests.

• Quiet hours must be respected to maintain a peaceful neighborhood.

Pets

• Dogs are welcome. No cats
• Please clean up after your dogs in the yard.
• Dogs should not be left unattended for extended periods.
• Any dog damage must be reported.

No Smoking

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home.
• If smoking outside, please dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Parking

• Free parking is available in the garage, driveway, and street parking areas.
• Please do not block sidewalks or neighbors’ driveways.

Security & Safety

• For security purposes, exterior cameras are installed outside the property.
• Cameras monitor outdoor areas only and do not face interior spaces.
• Guests are required to complete a secure registration and ID verification through our partner, Happy Guest, prior to arrival.

Property Care

Please treat the home with care.

Guests agree to:
• Report any damages immediately
• Use appliances and furniture responsibly
• Keep the property reasonably clean

Grill Use

• Please clean the propane grill after use.
• Turn off propane after grilling.
