MILANO ON OLIE is the ultimate in 5 star luxury accommodation in the heart of Mildura. Only 200 meters from all of Mildura's award winning restaurants, cafes, shops, businesses and newly built Arts Centre. 300 meters from the Murray river, lawn tennis club and bowling greens.
Luxury EuroTop Sealy Posturepedic beds in all bedrooms. Pure white crisp new linen, throws and an assortment of pillows to rest your head at night.
The kitchen is large and fully equip with dishwasher, oven, microwave, gas hot plates and stainless steal full size refrigerator.
All brand new cooking utensils, pots and pans, dinner wear and glass wear.
Large dining table with 6 dining chairs, one church pew (bench seat) and a black modular queen size sofa bed with three matching wing back lounge chairs, coffee table and two foot stools.
2 bathrooms and powder room will be stocked with new white fluffy towels for your stay.
There is a BBQ in the back yard and outdoor dining table and chairs to lounge about under the ornamental vine growing over the roman pillars in the privacy of your own back yard.
The back garden wall with ornamental pear espalier growing hides the double car remote controlled garage which is accessed via the rear lane and is completely private.

MILANO ON OLIVE IS THE ULTIMATE IN LUXURY ACCOMMODATION WHITHOUT THE HIGH PRICE IN THE HEART OF MILDURA.
(The price of $220 per night is based on the first two persons sharing the master bedroom only. If two persons require the extra bedroom there is an extra charge of $65.00 per night).
Park the car or fly into town. Mildura's famous feast street is only 200 meters from your door. Just walk out and enjoy what the many varied restaurants have to offer. Go shopping in the local precinct. Stop for coffee . Walk along the banks of the Murray river or take the children to the huge play park just 100 meters away.
You may be in town for water Murray river is at your door step for water skiing, paddle boat cruises or just getting your feet wet.
You may not want to leave Milano, with reverse cycle air conditioning, heavenly soft luxurious beds and TV, DVD, IPOD dock and cd player at your finger tips. WHAT EVER THE REASON, IT'S ALL HEAR AT MILANO ON OLIVE

RATES

Standard rate per night per 2 persons, $220.00. This rate is for 2 adults using 1 bedroom. If 2 persons are requiring separate bedrooms the cost is an extra $65.00 per night.
This applies if 1 person is using the master bedroom and 2 other guests are also wanting a bedroom each. They will incur an extra cost per person in each bedroom. $65.00 per person in each bedroom.

2 adults using 2 bedrooms costs an extra $65.00 per night.

Extra adults or children using beds, $65.00 per person per night.

MID STAY CLEANS $170.00.

The property was clean and well-presented and had everything we needed and close to everything like the shops and also the Murray river and Lock 11 as we only used the car once in our one week stay and of course our host made our stay more enjoyable with all the information we needed for our stay, we will be definitely back next year.

Fantastic Location and everything we needed.Teenage son said the single beds are a little small and his feet stuck out the end. He is 6ft. Main TV would be handy if it was a smart TV. So you can log into your own streaming accounts.

Lovely property, larger than expected. Perfectly clean. Very comfortable, the single beds are a little firmer than the queen beds, but everything was lovely. Court yard super cute. Walking distance to all of Mildura CBD. Air con and central heating extremely good. Plenty of towels and extras in the kitchen. Lovely stay and we would be delighted to stay here again.
