Stayed Dec 31, 1969My family stayed here while we were finishing up a renovation on our home. The house was neatly appointed with everything we needed and such a great location to the park - we biked or walked to the Boathouse many times and loved the convenience of the house for all the various festivals in the park (like the movie night and the Muny!) The street is nice and quiet and had ample on-street parking. Will definitely recommend to family when they’re in town visiting!

Stayed Nov 21, 2023In town for Thanksgiving w family whose houses were all filled. Hotels ridiculously expensive and found this place online. It was terrific, and exceeded expectations. Well located on a quiet street near Forest Park and Wash U for walks and runs. Starbucks maybe 150 yards away. Bedrooms have their own TVs and beds were very good. Kitchen is large and well supplied. Honestly, it was just so much better, more spacious, and more reasonably priced than a hotel. The entire rental process, arrival and departure was very simple courtesy of Andrew at Northan. Book with confidence!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969I stayed at Forest Park Place for an extended stay. The place was immaculate and comfortable and I easily made myself at home. The location was perfect. Very close to Forest Park as well as walking distance to the WashU campus as well as the Central West End. Parking was no issue out front and I felt safe in the neighborhood. The host was very communicative and accomodating. They anticipated both my check-in and check-out. I would highly recommend staying at Forest Park Place and will likely stay there again.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We stayed at the Forest Park Place for a couple of nights on our way down to Florida. We never felt unsafe in this downtown St. Louis neighborhood, and parking was always available in the street directly in front of the house. There are about 7 or 8 steps that lead up to a porch with chairs to sit on if you'd like, and we were so pleasantly surprised to open the front door to an old house that had been completely renovated. Everything in the house was NEW - the floors, the furniture, the appliances, pots and pans, glasses and dishes galore, the bedding, and the towels - all NEW! We also appreciated the coffee pods and the dishwasher pods that were supplied by the host, as this was an additional expense that we didn't have to incur. If we had more time, we'd have definitely visited the large, nearby park, and we'd have also played some golf too, so we will have to make another trip this way to enjoy those and so many other amenities that St. Louis has to offer. There were restaurants and grocery stores in walking distance, and I just can't say enough great things about this beautiful old/new home. We will be back for sure!

Stayed Aug 4, 2023We loved our stay here and hope to come back. 10/10. The house was spacious, extremely clean and decorated chic yet homey. High quality kitchen stocked with everything we needed, great appliances. Beds were comfy, neighborhood was quiet and it's in a great location--walking distance to the metro and the park. Just a few minutes to the zoo and university. Fun neighborhood. I'm not sure what else we could have asked for in a fun place to stay for the weekend!
