Stayed Apr 18, 2026First time staying in SB. We stayed at this lovely property for The Rally. Super close to campus. Very walkable to Eddy Commons and the stadium. Our host/manager was great and everything was as listed

Stayed Oct 10, 2025We stayed 2 nights attending the ND - NCS football weekend on Oct 11,2025. The rental and pre arrival process was excellent. Doug was very attentive and communicateed frequently during the entire time. Access was smooth with the code and internet info provided in a very timely manner.The home was clean and well appointed. Location is very good, only a couple miles from the ND campus in a quiet neighborhood. We all had a great time and would recommend this house for groups of 8-10.

Stayed Oct 2, 2025The home had been newly renovated and was in a safe location. The bathrooms have not been updated yet. That was my only complaint, but everything was clean and new and we enjoyed our stay.
