Beds and pillows were comfortable and neutral colors were very calming. We had great communication with property manager. We will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024We had a wonderful time visiting our son and girlfriend in Fort Collins. Since we planned to arrive on Christmas Day, I wanted to find a place with a comfortable place to sit and eat together. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of room for the five of us to sit firm for dinner. This is the second time I have stayed in a Mountain Time property and I am sure I will rent from them again and again.

Stayed Dec 13, 2024The location was very convenient to Old Town and the premises were well kept. However, the table chair broke apart while sitting in it for 3 minutes. This resulted in be falling to the floor incurring skin abrasions on my left calf and left elbow/forearm and a sizable goose egg from hitting the wall corner. The paper towel dispenser was attached by one screw and disattached with initial use.With the above exceptions, my family was pleased with the property. Bruce Beechwood

Stayed Sep 20, 2024This was a perfect place for our four days in Ft. Collins. We loved the location, all of the features of the house and a number of specific things: my wife thought the bedroom mirror was the BEST ever (for make-up!), the garage was so very helpful for dependable parking, and having coffee on hand (so a quick trip to the store right away was not needed) are a few that come to mind. We would be pleased to stay here again.

Stayed Sep 2, 2024We had an awesome stay at this property. Check in and out was very easy and they even had a binder with organized and easy to access instructions, recommendations, and info. The place was very cute--well decorated and the bedrooms were peaceful. The neighborhood is in a great location and neighbors were friendly and quiet. We will be back!

Stayed Jun 9, 2024This was our first trip to Fort Collins. We were looking to stay close to campus and also close to downtown. This was the perfect location as we were able to walk or ride bikes to many places. The townhouse was in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Stacy, was quick to respond to any questions. I’m hoping to stay there again on any future visits.
