The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, walk-in pantry and stainless-steel appliances, overlooks a living area that is bathed in natural light and leads out to a paved entertaining space and garden.

Access all your streaming services through the Smart TV. Alternatively, sit back and read a book in privacy in the central courtyard.

Our property is provided for your enjoyment during your stay. We hope you are considerate and respectful of the care of the property. Please note that smoking/vaping is prohibited - violations are subject to fines. In the unfortunate event of an accident please be aware it is the guests responsibility that any damages must be paid for. Please also be mindful of your neighbours. A $100 extra fee applies for lost keys or callout after normal business hours Mon-Fri. The property shall not be used by more than the maximum number of guests allowed. BBQ: Please ensure the gas bottle is turned off and the grill is cleaned. An additional charge of $50 will apply if the BBQ is required to be cleaned after your use. . A $150 fee applies for a lost remote. All bookings are subject to approval pending Guest verification process - Local council restrictions are in place for this property and compliance is mandatory. Failure to complete the guest verification process within 48 hours of booking may result in automatic cancellation.

    Five of us stayed recently at Mia's Place and it was absolutely brilliant - perfect location for where we needed to be, beautiful home, lovely bedrooms and a fantastic kitchen/living area. Big couch for everyone to sit on. There is one bathroom plus a separate powder room so that was great. There is off street parking plus plenty of on street parking. We got an uber into town which was about 11. Highly recommend.
