Spend the summer in Santa Barbara’s Mesa neighborhood. Available only from June 15, 2026, to July 31, 2026, this single-level house sits on a third of an acre with only one true neighbor, offering rare privacy while being within walking distance to beaches, Elings Park, Douglas Family Preserve, and the Mesa shops and restaurants.

The home features two large bedrooms, both with sliding doors leading to the backyard. The primary suite includes a king-size bed and ensuite bathroom,while the guest bedroom offers a twin trundle bed. There are two full bathrooms in total. The spacious living room has vaulted ceilings, a fireplace, and mid-century modern furniture. An updated kitchen with quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining.

Outdoor living is a highlight. The large landscaped yard has ocean views, multiple patios and terraces for dining, fruit trees, raised garden beds, a BBQ, a fire pit, and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. The front and back yards are fully fenced, creating a private and secure space.

Additional amenities include an attached garage with a washer and dryer, two dedicated EV chargers, and off-street parking in the garage and driveway. Please note that some of our personal belongings are stored in the garage, but the space remains available for laundry, one car, and EV charging.
