Meredith Bay - Brand New 1st Floor Apartment In Private Home

I have been coming to Meredith for years now to visit family. This has been the best place to stay for various reasons: 1.location, very close to town ind if weather had been a little warmer we could have walked everywhere.2. Well stocked kitchen- 3. Beautiful porch- again if it had been warmer, I would have spent all my time sitting out there.4. Parking is behind building so no need to park in street.

The home was so beautiful and so clean! Our kids said it was so cozy, just like being at home! We had the best weekend celebrating Easter together with our family. Thank you for your hospitality!

The apartment was very comfortable and just as pictured. We had a wonderful stay! It’s a great location for walking in Meredith and an easy drive to ski at Gunstock.

It was a very cozy and comfortable property. We loved that there were some nice restaurants very close to us. Giussepe's and the Lake House were both great!

This location is perfect - walkable to downtown, beautiful lake view, great interior layout and the perfect amount of tucked away for peace and quiet. 10/10

We loved everything about the property. Definitely would stay again and recommend. Would suggest updating check-in instructions on the VRBO site pertaining to lock on back door. Assuming a new lock has a been installed since directions did not match appearance of lock ( no “screen”, no “checkmark).

Great location, with view of the lake! House was very clean and well equipped. We were only there for a night, but definitely would love to go back!

Absolutely perfect! Great location. Spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family and outdoor space for kids to play. Host replaced gas grill within an hour of us letting them know it wasn’t cooking properly. Loved screened in porch for relaxing and for storing all our outdoor equipment. We will definitely be back!

Very nice stay. The only thing we wish would have happened is salt & sanding of the driveway and steps. It was glare ice and dangerous.

My family of 4 and dog enjoyed our lakeside stay over New Years! Close to restaurants, grocery stores and 15 minutes to Gunstock! Would definitely come back!

Good location. Walking distance to shops restaurants along beautiful Winnipesaukee. Need to look at cleaning crew. First impressions neat but lots of dirt and crime in corners, floors, oven etc; light in half bath so dim could hardly see in the mirror; shower head drips; AC units covered with dirt in vents. Had a problem with internet access and owner was out of town so took a while to get a response.
