Memory Cove Beach House - Where Wonderful Ocean Memories begin!

Memory Cove Beach brings happiness, joy, coziness, views, comfort, homey ,and fantastic times for this our 3rd year in a row!! The rearranging and remodeled kitchen carries on with the nautical theme throughout! Thank you again says the four of us!!

We enjoyed cooking in, watching boats come in and out of the Harbor, and playing Yatze at night. Property was as advertised.

One of the best homes we've stayed in. Well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the view! Restaurants and shopping close by. Hope to stay here again.

when you first walk into the house, you feel very comfortable. I loved all the little touches like the night lights the binoculars and telescope on the little table was also great. They thought of everything that you could possibly need.. I loved sitting outside in the morning drinking coffee watching the deer come up. The house was furnished very cute. Didn’t lack for anything. Would definitely give this five stars and would rent from her again.

Everything was perfect. Well stocked kitchen, beautiful view, clean, comfortable, quiet, and close to activities.

Another great visit to Brookings making memories at Memory Cove. Our family can’t wait for next year’s trip!

The views, the new kitchen with pass through bar, the momma dear with her 2 yearlings and brand new baby dear, the pelicans, seals, and watching the fishing boats go in and out of the harbor and the Dregder clearing out the harbor. Going back again next year!!

Very nice on the beach.

Beautiful view, comfy furniture. It was a bit confusing to get into the house from the beginning with trying to find the code to get the key. Other than that my partner and mother in law enjoyed it a whole lot more that I imagined. Thank you for everything

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house is beautiful and the view of the harbor and north jetty beach was spectacular. I appreciated the binoculars and scope which allowed us to get closeups of the ospreys, pelicans, seals and cormorants. The home is well appointed, stocked with everything we needed and the beds were all comfortable. It is an easy walk to the beach.

My two sisters visited from Texas and I took them to Brookings and this house was perfect for our stay! Lots of good memories made! Thank you!

Everything was clean

Memory Cove doesn't disappoint. This property is exceptional: clean, well-stocked, fabulous location, easy communication and seamless arrival and departure instructions. Even with gale-force winds and 4.5 inches of rain, we enjoyed our perch right on the very blustery ocean.

Beautiful place! Clean, neat, comfortable. Spectacular view. The pictures in the listing are nice, but in person it’s even nicer. Honestly, best VRBO I’ve stayed at.

Our trip to Memory Cove in aug. 2024 was just as wonderful experience at it was in sept. 2023 for the four of us (all seniors). Memory Cove is clean, comfortable, delightfully decorated and the location is the best for those day trips! The view, from both of the dining room windows was the best whether from inside or on the cememt patio!! Thank you so much!! We’d say the only tiny inconvenience was the drippy faucet and occasional running toilet in the smaller bathroom needs a bit of tlc along with the need/want for an operational DVD player. Barbara, thank you so much for sharing your home and making us feel so very welcomed!

What a wonderful couple of days we had enjoying this perfect coast home. The views are unbeatable! The house has everything you need plus extra items you may have forgotten! We loved using the binoculars to view boats coming and going from the harbor. We loved the layout of the house and the extra touches like the nightlights throughout, making it easy to navigate while others are sleeping. We enjoyed walking down to check out tide pools too! Thank you for an amazing family trip, memories we’ll treasure for many years!

Great time with our family.

This was a great house. It was well supplied with all we needed for a comfortable stay. We had a disabled family member with us, and the house accommodated her well. We will be back!

We love Memory Cove. On a bluff over the water, great view, quiet, walkable neighborhood, privacy. We bring dinners back to the house as the venue is better than any restaurant!This is our third visit, and we’ll be back.

Family of 6 adults and young adults stayed over Memorial Weekend. Perfect quiet safe neighborhood setting. Quick walk to beach. Great tide pooling. Home is on ocean cliff but not right on beach, which offers a breathtaking view. We watched the sunset from Chetco Point. One night we made a campfire at Winchuck Bay. Visited Goodwill and the Azalea Festival! Ate at Hungry Clam— an hour wait at 3 pm but worth the calamari and fried pickles. Would definitely stay at this home again!
