Stayed Oct 6, 2025This property was very nice and spacious for a large family. The appliances are of good quality and all work well.Beautiful view of the beach and direct access to it.The only minor whinge I had was that it did not have a hair dryer but besides that highly recommended.

Stayed May 2, 2025Beautiful house, perfect location - we are a group of women in our early 60’s who stayed 3 nights at this wonderful house.The only negative we gave is that the BBQ was filthy - rodent poo and dirt on the hot plate. Downstairs toilet had not been flushed properly and smudge marks in the bowl.

Stayed Apr 24, 2025Clean, comfortable and convenient. The property was perfect in all areas and made our stay in Port Stephens very enjoyable. The location, near the Anchorage resort and marina, was excellent as was the access to the beach and wonderful gardens on the waterfront.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025We had a great time with all being close family. All at the house found it excellent. Our only negative was none of our companion dogs were allowed anywhere on the land or garden so had to sadly be left at others for care. One that is too close to my grandaughter to be separated ,forced me to rent another property for them and she could not even visit us. Thus we will not stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We originally booked this home for a pre Christmas family get together for 8 adults and 3 small children. Unfortunately an accident intervened and we were generously offered the opportunity to move the stay which we did to late March.The accident occurred within the non cancellation window. The home would have comfortably accommodated eleven people(we only had eight on this visit).Location is fantastic for both adults and kids with no roads between the house and water. Also only a short walk to a playground or the restaurant bar and coffee shop at the Anchorage.It is a quiet at night except for some wildlife.Dolphins were visible from the verandah every day we were there.The home was very comfortable.
