MEGA Nashville - 2 Units! 2 Rooftops! 6BR/5BA Min From Broadway

We were in town for a car wash convention and the size of the home, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, were all perfect. The location was just a little far.

Beautiful place, well maintained. A lot of steps for our group of 60+ women. Wish the the rooftop cushions were on the chairs up there, but understand why they are not out in the elements. Great trip to Nashville

We booked these units for a family visit to Nashville. Property manager was easy to deal with and responded quickly to all my questions. The Units had plenty of room and were well maintained. Just minutes to everywhere we wanted to visit. Plenty of parking and loved having garage parking. We parked 2 Honda Pilots in one garage so you can fit you vehicles. On a side note the Food at The Aquarium Restaurant in Opry Mills has excellent!

The owners/hosts were fabulous. Responded quickly to all our questions and concerns. Property was perfect for our family who gathered to watch our granddaughter play hockey!

The listing was not clear with the 2.5 baths ... we thought there was 3 full baths each side.... floor carpets on both sides had corners coming up - we tripped on them multiple times throughout our stay. With that - great stay and we will return.

Spacious, clean and perfect for large groups.

We had a group of 4 that had been to Nashville before and 2 that had not. A great time was had by all. The location was less than 10 minutes to town and the route there was simple. The VRBO was very spacious and comfortable. Looking forward to our next trip there.

First floor is 1 bedroom and garage. Second floor is living and kitchen area, along with ½ bath. 3rd floor is 2 bedrooms with in-suite full bathrooms. And rooftop is the 4th floor. Units are advertised with 5 full baths, but each unit has 2 full and 1 half bath, so there are only 4 showers. The cleanliness of the unit was less than favorable; floors and furniture were dirty; windows had not been cleaned. We could not find any cushions for outdoor patio furniture. The kitchen was well stocked, and the units were spacious. We had more than enough room for our party of 10. Location was a short Uber ride to downtown.

I really can't think of a thing to be critical about. We had a group of 12 that stayed at both townhouses for 5 nights during CMA Fest. There was more than enough room for us all, the units were new and modern, and it was a short Uber ride to Broadway. One of our favorite amenities was the rooftop decks with a fantastic view of downtown that we used one night to watch the NBA Finals. And most importantly, the owner was super responsive to our questions and communicated info we needed to know. Would definitely not hesitate to stay here again.

The owners are very quick to respond and very accommodating. Beds were comfy and plenty of room for our party of 16.
