Meadow Ridge Townhouse with Byers Peak View

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, The house was clean. Finding a level 2 charger in the Garage was a pleasant surprise considering our rental was a plug in hybrid. If the property is available I will try to rent again.

Great place to stay and very well equipped with anything we needed. From laundry detergent to puzzles to the first aid kit…it was there. Beds were comfortable. I should have checked whether the bunk beds were XL as my 6’ teens didn’t fit too well, but that’s on me. Showers were great and plenty of hot water. The washer and dryer worked well. The ski bus picked up right outside. The rec center was a short walk, but a really nice facility!

I just came here to ski and hang out with my family in the evenings. This is a great place to do that. There is a shuttle stop right in front this unit, so getting to Winter Park is as easy as it can be.The townhouse is nicely equipped and clean. With the three bedrooms, there was plenty of room for my brother, my parents, and I.Instructions for getting in and checking out were easy.The worst part about it is that after a hard day of skiing, you have to climb a flight of stairs to get to the main level, and then another flight of stairs if you are in one of the two top bedrooms :) !

This is not our 1st time staying at this lovely condo. It’s the perfect place for my family and I when we come to Winter Park. The host is very prompt with communication. We look forward in returning next year!

Great stay!! Very clean and organized with clear and concise directions. Comfortable beds. City Shuttle is a great option to travel Fraser and Winterpark.

Place was just as described. Clean, cozy and conveniently located to all we needed. Responsive host as well. Check in was very easy

Hi! It's our 2nd time here. We love this condo. Just a couple of odd things though-1-No kitchen trash bags, we had to go buy some2-There is no bottom track on the shower door in the master room, so the door just hangs from the top and swings. It's a little unsettling, but works fine.3-Couldn't figure out how to turn on the ceiling fan. None of the switches worked. Other than those very minor items, this place is great. Thank you!

Everything was great - spacious, well-stocked, comfortable, good location, beautiful views. The garage is nice to have and the bus stop is right outside the door.

The condo was nicely updated with comfortable beds. The place was extremely clean.We really enjoyed the stay and would highly recommend to others.

Townhouse was very clean, well equipped and thought out. Everything we needed was there. Accurate instructions how to use appliances were appreciated. Club facilities are nearby- enjoyed Hot tub and fitness room. Bus stop for the slopes are right by the condo- used it during the weekend when parking was challenging during a holiday weekend.

We had a fabulous stay for Christmas. Great location - close to Winter Park for skiing and easy to get to downtown Fraser. Also over to Granby.So much room, 3 bathrooms, and a garage!!! Definitely recommend this property. Terry was very responsive.

This spot helped make a family vacation with senior parents, adult sons & granddaughter a great success. The townhouse is located close to the Meadowridge pool & other clubhouse amenities and it’s within an hours drive to a number of Grand County activities: hot springs, rafting, hiking. It was stocked with nice quality linens & kitchen supplies & comfy beds.

This unit is exactly what one would expect when renting out one’s place. My family enjoyed and we look forward in returning in the winter months.

The property was as advertised. Extremely clean, spacious, renovated, etc.. Close to everything you’d want out of a Colorado experience. Communication and response time with the owner was excellent. Wonderful place!
