Meadow home with private hot tub on the golf course, dogs welcome

Property was clean and house was in good condition. Nothing to complain about at all. Location was fabulous.

We had a great stay at sea ranch! The property was clean, the hot tub was hot, and the beds were comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

Location, amenities, and overall vibe of the house and area. Will become an annual trip .

Wonderfully located, spacious, well equipped and clean home. We had a wonderful time with all of the games and the tv was easy to use. We loved the patio, hot tub and outside area also.

The room was well appointed. We had so much fun playing their games every night. The hot tub was such a treat. The room is incredibly spacious and perfectly located.

Family and friends have stayed at several places at sea ranch, Hilma House is our favorite!!!

What we loved besides the well equipped amenities was the way the house was laid out with so much space for being together as well as being to yourself. Two wings of bedroom, spacious bathroom and lofts with the living room, dining room and kitchen in between made the house a joy to live in! Would (and probably will) rent it again!

I had a lovely stay at Hilma House. It is a beautiful home and offered me a peaceful art retreat. The only challenge I faced was that the front door lock was broken, and was the only door that locked from the outside. This made me nervous as I was on a solo trip, and was unable to have the front door locked. Overall, I had a great time and hope to come back someday.

We loved our stay at the Hilma house - dog and kid friendly, and the extra toys and kids supplies at the house were perfect for our 18mo! Great to have 2 primary bedrooms as well, perfect getaway for families and friends.

A very nicely kept Sea Ranch house. We had missed the fact that despite being on the ocean side of the highway this house is completely lacking in views of the coast. (That's on us, but somehow we didn't catch that with pics; it's the first house in over 10 SR visits where that's been the case, so a) we maybe made some assumptions and b) it was slightly disappointing. That said, saying this house has beach access is like saying my house has beach access -- yes, there's a way to get to the beach from both.) Otherwise it was a nice place, with two main bedrooms and two upstair lofts that could potentially sleep more people. (I had no contact with the property manager, but the form doesn't let me choose N/A.)

This is a great house if you have one dog and like to golf. It is limited in view due to its proximity to the golf course but there is easy access to the coastal trail. I’d suggest the owners add doors to the upstairs bedrooms and close off the “loft window” for privacy and sound. It would make the house much more user friendly. The microwave fan doesn’t pull and triggers the smoke detector which is irritating. Overall it was a comfortable, clean place to be.

Our family loved this location. Our three young kids and our dog had plenty of room and it is right next to extensive walking trails. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen essentials there with a few spices/cooking oil/etc. did love the electric stove but we made it work. Hot tub was great and we loved relaxing in the spacious living room. Fireplace didn’t work which was a disappointment and it would be nice if you didn’t have to separately drive to the rental office to pick up the parking passes.

We had a fantastic time staying at Hilma's house! It’s a beautifully decorated, spacious home in a peaceful and relaxing neighborhood. The location is perfect, and the house offers everything you could need for a comfortable stay, including TVs, games, a jacuzzi, and a reliable internet connection. It’s ideal for spending quality time with family and friends. We can’t wait to come back!

We have stayed in several Sea Ranch rentals over the years. The Hilma House was one of the best! Great layout and perfect for more than one couple. Well appointed, plenty of games, books, puzzles, big screen TV. Great location and nice back yard for our dog to use (with supervision).

Good location , cute house needs some updating in bathrooms ! Would stay again loved that they have ping pong and cornhole nice big TV

Great house with awesome hangout spaces. Big rooms and well supplied kitchen. Had games and toys for kids.

The cleaning was not the best, a lot of dust and dog fur on a floor. Overall the the house was nice, we liked it. But you need to check the cleanliness of the house. In a garage there were a lot of spiders, like Black Widow, kids wanted to play Cornhole, on the back side of the cornhole wood I found out a big Black Widow spider. The kitchen table and out side backyard table and chairs are old, weak and shaky, it’s better to renew them or make them repaired stronger.

Just spent 3 nights at Hilma House. The bathrooms are dated, but everything worked and was very clean. The place is airy and spacious, with lots of windows and doors. Our bed was comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped enough to cook meals in, and the cabinet with some basic spices and other items was an added bonus. Dog bowls are provided. The Wifi is great. The hot tub was also nice, although the cover is very heavy. The place was so quiet it was heavenly. We would stay there again.

The double-sided twin design made for a very nice atmosphere... Loved the local wildlife coming through the area. Gorgeous light in the home. Excellent kitchen. We did notice that the furniture -- couches, chairs, and beds -- were made for shorter people, not those near six feet tall. We enjoyed the hot tub (though the top cover is very heavy and hard to move). The biggest problem during our stay was with the barbecue which was corroded and wouldn't work. Good-sized bathrooms. Nice deck.

We liked the home well enough. Sitting area was extremely low to the ground, but comfortable. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The problem was the fireplace. It is a gas fireplace and it would not start. Spent 3 days with the management of the property and they were useless to get any maintenance in the facility for repair. It would have really been nice to have have had the place as described.
