Stayed Jul 25, 2025My friends and I were in town for our annual baseball trip that takes us to a different city each year. EVERYTHING about this house was wonderful. It’s a large home that is very well maintained. It provided everything we needed during our stay. Our host Tyler was terrific, very easy to work with.

Stayed May 16, 2025Location was great if going to Royal’s or Chief’s game. House was nice, some areas updated some out dated. Neighborhood was quiet. Note a walkable area to restaurants.

Stayed Nov 7, 2024Doubled, tripled, quadrupled down on occupancy scares in messaging prior to the stay. Just an unneeded anxiety. We even paid more than required for numbers. Property itself was fine. Many bathrooms and bedrooms. No frills but served a purpose. Enjoyed the big back lining room to congregate.

Stayed Aug 9, 2024The house was a great fit for our group of friends visiting KC for a couple of baseball games. Literally 5 minutes from the stadium. We were a group of 4 couples and each had our own private space. We couldn't get a couple of the TVs to work but that's okay because we enjoyed sitting out on the deck visiting. The last house on a dead end road, it was quiet. Thank you for letting us stay!
