Mas PINFONTAINE, exceptional pool area, Luberon view

Fantastic base for family trip.

Wonderful property - quiet and peaceful, but close to Avignon, Arles, Aix and all the major sites. Stunning heated pool, lots of outdoor seating, huge kitchen and everything else you could want for a relaxing stay in Provence!

We really enjoyed our week, the house was lovely-very well appointed, clean and to our taste. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoors, the pool and amenities were wonderful and we loved the many areas to have apero. It was very hot the week we went so it was a little uncomfortable to sleep in the rooms without AC, but we managed with the fans provided. Overall a lovely stay and we hope to return!

We loved our stay at this gorgeous house. The interior, grounds and pool were all superb and the location was fantastic. Walking distance from a boulangerie, but also just a short drive to Gordes, Fontaine de Vaulcluse, Menerbes and other Luberon villages, We also took a short trip (45 mins) to Orange to see the Roman ruins. Highly recommended

We have spent one week in Christina’s house, which is really amazing. Specious, big pool with the pool house where we basically spent all our time. In all great holiday break and we would definitely come back. One thing perhaps to invest to would be mosquitoes nets on the windows to allow sleeping with open windows.

We had a wonderful week here and the property is very nice indeed with a large pool, great outdoor space and a well equipped kitchen. Our only disappointments were that air conditioning was only present in the main bedroom and nowhere else in the property. In addition, despite the property having several bathrooms, only one shower was capable of working at a time which was difficult in the evenings when ten of us were trying to get ready! This certainly did not detract from the holiday and we had a truly wonderful stay.

I thought the listing was too good to be true, but what you see is what you get! Beautiful home, with the best pool in all of the Luberon. Beauty and charm are some of the adjectives that come to mind. Very well located, with easy access to Cabrières-d’Avignon, a small town that offers everything you may need. Owner is very responsive, as is the property manager. This is a winner in Provence!

Eight women, members of a Portland, Oregon, USA book club, stayed for one fabulous week in #648056, Mas Prefontaine, in May 2016. The house is quite beautiful and well-appointed, with a large, well-stocked kitchen. There were plenty of bedrooms, beds, and bathrooms. Everything was clean and nicely kept. We made day-trips to several close-by sights and villages that are truly worth a visit, including Isle-sur-le-Sorgue, Avignon and the Pont du Gard, Rouissillon, Gordes (only a few kilometers away), and others. There are lots of wineries in the area also. We enjoyed stopping at the local markets and bringing home cheese, olives, bread, sausage, fruits and vegetables for a delicious meal at the house. And the pool is very inviting at the end of a day of travel. We had a wonderful time! Adele M.

We are 8 women (members of a Portland, Oregon, USA book club) who traveled together for a week in Provence, France. The Mas Pinfontaine house was perfect for our group. It's a large, beautiful home with lovely grounds and a welcoming swimming pool. It's an easy day trip from the house to many wonderful towns and sights of Provence, including Avignon, Arles, Pont du Gard, Isle Sur le Sorgue, Gordes (which is only a few kilometers away), Roussillon, Carpentras, and other charming villages. It's also a good location for wine tastings. The kitchen is spacious and well-stocked with plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, etc. We loved to pick up fresh fruits, vegetables, olives, cheeses and bread at the local markets and enjoy a meal on the outdoor patio.
