MARTY GUEST HOUSE VENICE

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment in Venice. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful; we were greeted with treats and a bottle of wine, which was such a lovely touch.The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The air conditioning was much appreciated during the warm days, and everything we needed was provided.The location was ideal; peaceful and quiet, yet close to all the main attractions. It was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring the city.Charming, comfortable, and perfectly located, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommended!

Arianna and Martina were truly great host. Helping with arrival and departure transportation, as well as meeting my family at the dock to walk us to the rental property. The property was very clean and looked amazing with all of the updates. The weather was hot, so the air conditioning was utilized along with the washer/dryer. Martina provided us with great suggestions of food and sites of the city. Martina also checked in on us throughout the day to see if everything was going well. When back in Venice, I would definitely like to stay at this same location!

The Marty Guest House is an excellent place to stay in Venice. Located between and close to two Vaporetti stops on a quiet dead-end lane behind palazzi that overlook the Grand Canal, it is also very near Campo San Stefano with its cafes, restaurants and people watching opportunities. Its seems quite new as it was recently almost totally rebuilt. As an architect, I appreciated the spatial design of the interior, the craftsmanship and materials used in the renovation, the quality equipment used to furnish the apartment and care with which it is managed. While some may find the circular stair to the upper floor a bit narrow, my wife and I, both of whom are in our 70s and who stayed here for 10 days, were not inconvenienced. The host was extrmemely friendly! She met us at the dock for the ferry and walked us to the rental. It was an adorable and VERY clean loft pretty well located to everything. We walked everywhere in Venice and didn’t regret the distance ever. My only problem was the AC was not cooling the loft. May have been operator error but we were dying. I took a cold shower- in the super nice bathroom - and layed on top of the sheets to keep from sweating. Granted, I was there in the height of summer heat. With all that said, I would TOTALLY stay here again and hope to in the near future!

We would stay again... felt very authentic and such a quaint space. Very comfortable and quiet at night. Loved the location , minutes to everything..... very pleased with this apartment!

This home is amazing!! Modern, classic and very clean. The pictures represent this property exceptionally well. The kitchen area up stairs is beautiful and perfect for relaxing after a long day of playing in Venice. We would sit up here and listen to the birds and watch the thunder. The main floor which includes a spacious bedroom with wonderful linens and comfy bed and the bathroom is gorgeous. The sitting area is perfect for watching TV or listening to the wonderful sounds of Venice with the beautiful windows open. The location is perfect. Everything is 5 to 10 minute walk. We loved this Home. Martina and her family are so wonderful and left us with ease and comfort. We will stay here again.

Me and my husband have been to this area many times ...we found this jem ...I just can't say enough ...it's so nicely renovated so Inviting and comfortable ...let's not forget to mention the decor is top notch , clean so comfortable great amendies the bath room is fabulous , bed so comfortable ...the owners are most accomodatijg ....they have.not missed a beat or scrimpted on anything ....we luved our stay and will be going back ...hopefully soon ...the location is wonderful and I just can't say enough other than its a 10 out of 10 and then some ...I was so pleasantly surprised it was even better than I would of ever imagined ...thanks again Arianna and Martina for such a fabulous stay and your fabulous hospitality xox

Arianna was an absolute great host with a perfect property in the center of Venice. We greatly enjoyed our trip and the ease of walking to everything we wanted to see from the unit. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if we return to Venice!

Lovely apartment that was very recently renovated! Martina provided directions from the train station and met us at the water taxi stop to walk to the apartment for check-in. Martina was very helpful and welcoming! Tucked away from a main street it was a nice quiet place to relax away from the crowds. Spacious bathroom and very clean!
