Marsh view bungalow located in Georgetown, SC

Great place for a Georgetown experience. Many of the neighbors greeted us with kind smiles and welcome hearts, as we walked the area. The home was immaculate

It was a lovely home. We were grateful to have a place that was in between the places we wanted to go. The whole house felt cozy! Would highly recommend.

The property was located near everything we needed. The host was prompt and responsive. The bungalow was homey and had all that we needed. I loved the J.I.C. Items and the outside area (deck and outdoor shower).

The hosts were welcoming, however when we advised that there was little or no dish washing supplies (no dishwasher), they said just leave the dirty dishes in the sink. That would be fine for one night stay but not two, so we made do with what was there.

Exactly as advertised. Talor was wonderful. The house was charming, inviting, & clean. The whole family agreed that we’d stay there again.

This little house is ideal for a smal group of friends. We have a boat and wanted to stay in between Winyah Bay and the North Santee river. The house was very clean, updated, and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Nice little bungalow for a weekend stay. The deck and view was pretty awesome. Great for some grilling and cold drinks! Well stocked kitchen and linens. Close to the restaurants and shopping on the water. Will definitely book again!

Very clean cute cottage on the marsh! Just as described. Nice washer and dryer, lots of linens. The only issue we ahd was that we arrived right at 4pm as we were told but we had never received a keycode from the owner. we called her and texted her as well as VRBO. We had to wait in our car until 4:45 before owner answered, VRBO could not reach her either. She did apologize and refunded a nights cost, but we were tired after a long drive and had groceries in the car that needed to be refrigerated.

Convenient location, clean, spacious and relaxing! Check-in was easy and excellent communication.

This was the second and not the last time I will stay here, this place is an awesome spot for a weekend getaway! Super clean, updated, and just all around nice! 10/10 recommend

The house was clean and comfortable. We loved sitting on the back deck. The location was perfect for getting to the start line for the Bridge to Bridge Half marathon and for enjoying downtown Georgetown.
