Stayed Jun 14, 2026We stayed at this house for a week with two families, including many little kids. We loved the location and Jane was great as a host! Wonderful communication (fast responses, helpful and flexible) and easy check in/out. We have stayed at many properties in Pentwater and this was was well equipped and clean, but also felt homey like an old beach house should. The space is much larger than the photos show! Eat in kitchen and living room open to a larger dining/Sun room area gave tons of floor space for kids to play. Bedrooms all comfortable and clean, though we all prefer firmer mattresses. Two bedrooms are connected, but also have their own entrances. The second shower is VERY small but still helpful to have. Laundry is in the basement, not an issue for us, but worth noting. Water had an unpleasant taste to us city folk, but they had a filter on the kitchen tap that helped for drinking water. We took advantage of the corn hole set and outdoor fire pit areas, both a great bonus!Overall a great experience and would rent here again!!

Stayed Jun 27, 2025This was my second time staying here and my friends and I had another wonderful girls weekend. The house is well equipped and comfortable. On the edge of downtown, it's an easy walk to eat and shop. I left my phone behind and the hosts went over and above to send it to me. I would definitely come back.

Stayed Jun 12, 2025We had an amazing stay! It was our children’s first visit with our grandchildren and they loved the house! Every need for a wonderful stay was available! The kitchen was filled with anything you would ever need. Beautiful lot and across from the Marina! The host was accommodating In every way! She is very responsive. It was a pleasure working with her to make it an enjoying stay!! ! My family loved this place, and will be back again!
