HOUSE RULES
NO LEAVERS ALLOWED- PLEASE DO NOT APPLY
-Noise restrictions apply after 9pm week days and 10pm weekends.
No noise must be heard from the property after these hours.
-Noise level must be kept at an acceptable level at all times, the neighbours
should not be able to hear music or rowdy behaviour coming from the
house.
-No extra guests/people are permitted at the property due to local licensing requirements. This includes children. Maximum of 8 people allowed.
-Maximum of 3 cars allowed to be parked at the property.

PETS
Pets are only permitted at pet-friendly properties with the prior consent of the Manager( small NON SHEDDING dogs only). Medium-Large breeds are not allowed at the property. The following must be adhered to:
No cats, rabbits or birds allowed.
Dogs must be a minimum of 2 years old, no puppies accepted.
Pets are to be kept under control at all times. Pets must not be left unsupervised or alone at the property at any time. If going out, it is required by local shire legislation that you take dogs with you, so they don't bark when alone in an unknown environment. Property neighbours may call the property manager and local ranger if the dog is barking.
The guest is responsible for any damage caused by pets, inside or outside of the property. If extra cleaning is required this will be charge to the guest.
Pets are not permitted to bedrooms or on the furniture at any time. Charges will apply for cleaning of furniture/bedding/carpets where applicable.
Guests agree to bring their own pet bedding, food bowls and other pet items to the property as, unless specified these items will not be available at the property.

    Lovely place to stay, great location just outside of town but very well equipped. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything you need. I would stay here again, highly recommended

    The house was clean, well equiped and we were happy with the location as we had a car for the 10 minute drive into town. It was so quiet too, which was lovely, Davinia was quick to respond to any queries we had.

    We enjoyed a lovely family holiday in Busselton. It was a big house, great kitchen facilities and Davinia communicated with us throughout. Great base for day trips to the Margaret River region and a short stroll to the beach.

    The mattresses on the bunks were thin and I could feel the slates through them. I didn’t sleep well. However, when I contacted the property manager the next day he organised a new mattress for me the same day. I slept much better after that. We noticed that there is grass growing in the gutters. Didn’t bother us but they may like to get the gutters cleaned so that the next time there is heavy rain water doesn’t come through the ceiling. The property was well appointed with utensils and consumables (eg diswasher tablets, toilet paper, etc.) I would stay there again.
