Margaritaville Resort~ Close to the Pool~ Large Home-Amazing Water Views-Recently Redecorated

Everything went great

Our family of 18 enjoyed the stay. The home was clean and inviting.

We spent the weekend at this spacious home. The home was clean and the kitchen is well stocked with supplies to cook your own meals. We used four of the bedrooms and everyone found the beds to be comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch and tabletop fire pit two evenings. The view of the lake is spectacular and we were amazed by the beautiful sunsets over the lake. We would rent this home again.

Great house! Second year that my girlfriends and I have stayed there. Very comfortable home for us. Two things that could be improved...all tubs need better bath strips or bath mats as several of us slipped whle showering. Aldo need more dish rags and dish towels.

Was not cleaned properly from previous guests visit.

Property is nice - sprawling but spacious. However, it is made up of what had been separate units and that makes a couple of the bedrooms pretty weird. And there is a lack of electrical outlets, made worse by the fact that the most accessible ones are so worn out that they won’t hold onto a plug when inserted. The pieced together nature of the property also makes for some very strange placements of light switches and in some places a lack of decent lighting. These are quibbles but at the cost of a 2-night stay it would be nice to get the outlets fixed.

Amazing property. We have rented it three times and love it. 8 to 10 men for golf trip and there is plenty of room. Views of the lake are fabulous!

Stay was great. Clean facilities. Great for girls trip. Host was very welcoming.

It has a great view of the lake in a nice neighborhood. Pool access was easy. it was a great set up for our family. We had a great time.

The attached suite had not been cleaned…beds were unmade, towels on floor & cookies on table. I had to wash/dry towels & make beds for my guest. There were no additional trash bags other than ones in trash cans. Gas grill is on its last leg! When using washer in Master there is an odor which smells like sewer, might want to have a plumber check it out

This is a great property for large families. We enjoyed our time at the house and the views of the lake are amazing!!

We love this home and the beautiful view of the lake! Bedrooms are spread out and private so it works great for a large group.

8 men stayed for a golf weekend. House is roomy and as advertised. Already booked it again.

The only reason a gave the location less stars is because the sharp corners, or steep incline, to get to the house are just not the greatest. Pretty normal for that close to the water though. The views made it worth it!

Nice house on the lake with abundant number of bedrooms for large family. Located close to attractions. Enjoyed our stay.

This property is great for a large crowd. Bedrooms are spread out and comfortable. Beautiful view and convenient to local restaurants and stores. The property manager , Jill, was awesome!

Property layout was poor, one bedroom is outside of home with no access. Home needs some upkeep, broken outdoor furniture and remotes needing batteries and another tv inoperatable.Tub needs non stick adhesive or bath mat. Deck table and chairs are way too big for the area. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully operational. Refrigerator drawer was broken. Additional fees/charge on credit card, very poor communication. Kitchen well equipped

The house is beautiful! Very comfortable and homey. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the extras and more! The only drawback for us was the steps. We are an older group of women, so the steps were a little difficult at times, but we made it and enjoyed the weekend. Our weekend was full of fun, laughter and lots of food!

It was perfect for the 10 guys we had! Right over the water and a beautiful view!

It was perfect for 18 people, the windows could have been cleaner and spiders knocked down. But comfy beds and pillows

We enjoyed a family vacation at LOZ. Plenty of fun, games and laughing. It was very nice to wake up, go out on the deck and view the lake, along with gorgeous sunsets in the evening. It was also nice to all be together for some meals and games. Convenient location to restaurants, marina and recreation at Margaretville. The property inside was clean, (7 out of 10) but the outside, deck furniture and windows left a lot to be improved on. The kitchen is stocked very well with dishes and glassware, but pots and pans were in need of replacement. Over all, I consider the negatives to be minor but the family time together and enjoyment was GREAT.

Big home with access to pools and not far from the lake. Property manager was very responsive.

The location was great and the pools at Margaritaville were fun! Unfortunately the house was not well cleaned before we arrived. We found clothes from a previous group in the bathroom, cobwebs in the light fixtures, and the floors were dirty in the living room and kitchen. We enjoyed our time in the Lake of the Ozarks but wish the house had been cleaner when we arrived.

House wasn’t as clean as it should have been. Kitchen is small. Lots of bedrooms. Great trip
