March openings! Heated pool, 3 + den bdrm luxury, beach vacation gem!

We had another great stay at this beautiful property. It is pristine and well appointed. The location can’t be beat for beach, shops, and restaurants. The weather was quite chilly but the house was comfy and cozy, and the heated pool was a real treat. Can’t wait to return next year!

The property was very nice and kitchen well stocked with cookware, along with everything else such as beach equipment and towels. Also,I was impressed with nice package of soap, shampoo and conditioner that each bathroom had available for its guests.

We stayed here w friends for a few days. We used the pool, went to the beach and parked in the garage and went boating another day. A great visit to Naples. We used the grill one night and grilled some terrific seafood

Property listing said 4 bedroom but actually only 3 bedrooms plus office with couch. Overall the house was fabulous with nice pool and comfortable beds. The interior design was great and they had all of the amenities in the kitchen.

Cleanest rental ever! Lovely home with everything you need for a great beach vacation. The bikes are perfect to ride to Vanderbilt beach for sunsets. Pool was delightful and the lanai was a great place to take an afternoon nap. Close to shops, Mercato, and lots of great restaurants.

This is my second stay at Chris and Marcy's beautiful house. It is perfect! I hope to stay again when my schedule aligns with the availability. When I arrived late due to airlines issues and snow in Minnesota it was wonderful walking into the house. It was like coming home. Thanks Chris and Marcy for having me.

The house is amazing. Its bigger than what the pictures show and looks beautiful. So much good taste in every decor detail! Stuffed with EVERYTHING you might need for beach , cooking, etc. 100% good choice!

This three bedroom, two bathroom home on a quiet street was just right for my family. We enjoyed the pool and spending time on the lanai. Each bedroom also had a TV as well as the lanai, which was a nice way to relax after a long day at the beach. In addition, the bikes were a nice touch which allowed us easy access to the beach without the hassle of parking - only a 10 minute ride! We also took advantage of the house's umbrellas and chairs when we headed to the beach. We also loved that there was a full sized washer and dryer in the home, which was a nice benefit considering that we stayed for 9 nights. Location was great as well! Not only was it close to the beach, but to Publix and Mercato shopping center as well. We enjoyed being able to quickly get to these stores - and more - and drop off our treasures then get back to more shopping! The only draw back to this home were the beds were very high-up (but comfy), so our elderly parents had a little trouble climbing into bed each night. However, there were some provided stools that helped them. Also, just as a side note, we traveled with a toddler. We decided to take her to The Nature Center (next to the Naples Zoo). It was a great educational trip that wasn't an all day event (roughly 2.5 hours). Great option for those who have little ones who still nap. Plus, a lot of the activities take place inside!
