Maple's Den - Collingwood beach house

Peaceful, comfortable holiday home. We equipped, loved the dishwasher!

What a fabulous bach, had everything we needed, great facilities, handy to collingwood for ice creams, and right next to the beach. We had a great stay there. Sunrise views in the morning were amazing too.

We had a wonderful stay, house exceeded our expectations. We had everything we needed and more, in an amazing location.

Fabulous beach house with wonderful views, and we loved watching the tide come and go from our windows. The kitchen was very well equipped, the house had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay, and was very clean and breezy. I would highly recommend this house for a couple or a family, since there are 3 bedrooms.

This is the second time we have stayed at Maplesden. It's a wonderful place, well stocked with everything we needed and more. So close to the beach, across the road, and activities at the top end of Golden Bay. The sunrise is amazing!Thank you Fran.

Second stay at this property. It's a favourite spot for meUnfortunately the weather packed up for the entire week thanks to cyclone TamHowever if you have to be stuck inside you wouldn't find a better place to be than the in front of the fire and fantastic view of Maple's DenEven though

My husband Paul and I loved this place. Beautiful views. Loose to shops. A short walk down the road. Paul went for a swim every day. We both loved it. Can't think of any negative comments. Thank you for letting us stay at your batch. We will definitely be back.

We had the best time! So easy back and forth from the beach - safe swimming. Amazing view from the house. Even though it’s across the road from the beach it’s a very quiet dead end road so it really felt like the beach was at the front door. Perfect spot to base ourselves for exploring!

Great location and outlook, lovely safe sandy beach, very clean and well equipped house. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We selected this property based on the description of the house and our prior knowledge of the area. It did not disappoint! The house was immaculately clean and ready for the 6 of us (three generations - 2-74) with an abundance of meal preparation tools, cooking/serving pots/bowls, cutlery, crockery, glasses, appliances, bbq, etc. The house is sited perfectly for the beach with easy indoor/outdoor flow. We hope to return. Two small quibbles: 1) the bathroom could use more towel rails and 2) some lighter blankets would be nice for the upstairs bedrooms.

Enjoyed our stay. House was amazingly situated with ocean views all day. Very well equipped and thoughtful of guests’ needs. Close to shops and a lovely coffee place. A place to rest. Thank you for allowing us yo stay in your house.

This place has everything you need for a visit to the Golden Bay area. We were just a couple, but it would definitely work for a family with kids too. The property manager handled communicating well and check in was easy. Thanks for a nice stay.

We had such a great time at this property. It has everything you need and even more. Very convenient, with a unique character and the sea is at the doorstep that we enjoyed from a sheltered balcony.

Although in winter and with a couple of v rainy days, we enjoyed our stay very much. The house has a phantastic view over the bay and is bright and airy and snug warm with log fire. Thanks to our hosts to make our stay v comfortable and acommodating.

Great house in a great location. Collingwood is only a short walk away and the beauty of Golden Bay is on your doorstep. The house is well stocked and super cosy, even on cold days.

Warm, sunny, comfortable, well equipped. Efficient wood burner kept us cosy once the sun went down.
