Manzanita Updated Dog Friendly 5 Min Walk to Beach, Office great for remote work

Great rental, would love to stay again!

Loved this place so much! Very spacious, lots of big windows with great natural light. Lots of little places to sit and be cozy. Appreciated all the games and coloring books. Rooms were comfortable, including the beds. I used the little studio in the back to do yoga which was awesome. Nice fenced yard for the dogs. It is truly fenced but if you have a small dog or adventurous dog, there are a couple of small gaps where they could wiggle out or get under the deck. 2 blocks from the beach and right across the street from Nehalem Bay Stare park. Technically walkable to town (25 minute walk) but easy 4 minute drive. Can not say enough good things about this place. Would love to stay here again next time we are in Manzanita.

This is the third consecutive year that we've looked forward to kicking off the holiday season in this incredibly charming house. The owners do an amazing job of decorating: a wonderful tree with lights and ornaments, garlands on the mantel, and other thoughtful touches. Add in a roaring fireplace, the (inevitable) rainy evening, and a good book... it's just as blissful as the name of the home would suggest. All of my previous comments still apply of course: a well-appointed kitchen, exceedingly comfortable beds, a full washer and dryer, etc.Our dog Moose gives it two paws up as well with bowls for water and food provided, and a reasonably short walk to the beach.We'll be booking again for this time next year!

This house was amazing. It was close to the state park and beach access. The house itself was clean and very well stocked. It had everything we needed for the weekend and more. The washer and dryer was a definite plus!

Wonderful place to stay in Manzanita! Clean, comfy, spacious, bright home and fenced yard all in tip-top shape. Wonderful amenities, including fireplace and fire pit. Super nice shower & bath, beautiful master BR. Quick walk to beach and close to state park. Quick drive to town. Friendly and responsive owners. We just spent the NICEST week here with our dogs and we can’t wait to come back!!

The host thought of everything in the kitchen! (Really the whole house.) Beautifully decorated. We loved the master bedroom upstairs. Walking to the beach was about 10 minutes. The town is adorable -- this was our first time in Manzanita after vacationing on the Oregon Coast over 20 times before in the past 30 years. 100% recommend.

Everything was lovely. For book readers, some table lamps in the living room would have been nice. Otherwise, the house was charming and in tip-top condition.

What a beautiful property! The house is beautifully updated and has everything you need for a wonderful stay. We enjoyed being close to the beach, downtown and the bike trails at nearby Nehalem Bay State Park. We would definitely come back for a longer stay.

Very nice house. Very clean and easy to live in. Lots of bathrooms but the main bedroom upstairs was amazing. Great bathroom with lots of windows for plenty of Oregon Coast air. Bed was perfect. Very quiet area. Outside the house was like a Japanese garden type. Great view out the front window of coastal vegetation. Even though the driveway area was small, access by road is easy to everything. Very close to Nehalem state Park.We very much enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

Beautiful house, tucked away in the woods! Lots of natural light inside and house was fully stocked with everything which we really appreciated. Great kitchen dining area made for great family meals.

We absolutely loved our stay at Manzanita Bliss. The house itself was so open yet still cozy. The beds were all comfortable and there were plenty of extra blankets, etc. if needed. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and we enjoyed cooking both in the kitchen and on the grill. The house is walking distance to the beach and about a 25 minute walk into the main area of town.

Love this house! It was my second year staying here and had a great experience. Very clean, well-stocked kitchen, and communicative owner.

This was such a special trip. The house is vacation ready. The open floor plan is beautiful. Our family has a new favorite rental!! The house checks all the boxes for us, well stocked, clean, family friendly....I could go on. My 10 and 8 year old especially loved the game shelf and were quickly up at the spacious dining table putting puzzles together. The outside of the home is cottage cozy and very private. Gorgeous location and not far from the beach. Loved it!

Host was amazing and very communicative. Property was super clean, cozy beds, everything we needed was there for us. We felt so relaxed and happy in this space! It was rainy (of course, it's Oregon, we live here too) so we didn't walk to the beach impart because it was a bit farther than we wanted to walk in the rain or on a cloudy day. If it was sunny we would have been happy to venture out for a walk and really take in the ocean and the main street of Manzanita. It was a cozy couple of days in a beautiful, comfortable and clean home with a good friend! Thanks so much for hosting us!

Wonderful home to celebrate the holidays. Great location. Clean, comfortable and thoughtfully provisioned.

This is our second time at this property, and it's still amongst if not our favorite places to stay in Manzanita. We purposefully booked at this time of year because the owners do an amazing job of decorating for the holidays, with a festive tree, garlanded branches on the mantel, and decorations on the dining room table and throughout the kitchen. In combination with the large gas fireplace, it's incredibly cozy. All of our observations from our previous trip are still relevant: well-appointed touches throughout, a comfortable bed in the master bedroom, a complete kitchen with everything you may need, etc. In my previous review, I noted that the upstairs bedroom lacked a shower or tub. Well, that's been addressed, and now there's a shower along with the toilet and vanity, which is definitely a plus. While it would appear well off the beach, it's actually just a short walk of a few blocks along Sandpiper; my wife and I made the trip several times with our senior dog and had no issues. We've been coming to Manzanita for a decade, and this is our favorite place to stay, especially during the holidays. Cheers!

Fantastic and cozy home to snuggle up in on a rainy coastal weekend. Really great vibe of a place to stay in and loved the fireplace. Loved the toadstools in the backyard. Really appreciate Kim the opportunity to bring our fur baby as well.

This was our 2nd stay at Manzanita Bliss. 2023 for 4 weeks and 2024 for 6 weeks. The Oregon coast is a great place. This property is just perfect for us and our 2 pups. Short walk to beach. The house has all of the necessary items 1 would need. Kim is a fabulous hostess.

We loved staying at Manzanita Bliss! The host was responsive and check-in was uneventful. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood, about a 20 minute walk to town but just 2 short blocks to the beach. The house is really cute, the kitchen was fully equipped and great even with multiple cooks, the fireplace roars, and the master bedroom is dreamy! The bathroom options are good, too. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

On of the nicest VRBO properties we've stayed in. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, pleasant outdoor spaces. Pet friendly is a real plus. It's an easy short walk to the beach along two lightly trafficked dead end streets. Communication with the host was easy and timely. Parking is a bit tight but adequate. It easily accommodated two mid size SUV's.
