Stayed Jul 13, 2019We have rented this property year after year because it is so great for our family - spacious, clean, comfortable, right next to the beach, and with a beautiful pool (and new deck!). The owners are lovely and very responsive. The kitchen is well equipped and there is lots of room for family gatherings to eat, watch TV, play games, swim in the pool, or just chat. The pool area is spacious with shaded areas for hot days and a sand pit for kids to play. The location in Mantoloking is terrific. I highly recommend this rental and will rent again next summer!

Stayed Jul 14, 2018This home is a lovely, spacious place I highly recommend to others. The owners (who are terrific) have prepared for their guests a welcoming, clean, comfortable, well-organized beach house with a lovely pool and lots of places to sit and read or chat. The ocean beach is just steps away and now that the beach replenishment is finished, the beach is huge and very private. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are four showers (including outdoor shower) so we have hosted a large group easily. I have been a renter for years and give it the highest recommendation.
